Jakey's a little crazy

Bryan's POV

"Don't be sad, sweetheart. We weren't expecting that everything will go according to the plan, so it's not your fault." Dad spoke softly to Kat after she came with bad news about the documents. "Why don't you drop some sleeping pills in his coffe?" Jakey asked. "Do you think that looking away from his coffe will be any different from the camera system?" Kat asked sarcastically. "I suppose not, but you're pretty smart for just a simple girl. I believe in you, Kat!" Gizzy tried to encourage Kat and it seems to work. "You're right, I have to stop weeping and try harder next time!" "That's the spirit, sis, just take your time and when you'll get it, you let us know." I added. "Okay, youth, let's just go about our everyday life and if something happens, we'll do a meeting. See you!" Dad said, got into his car and drove away to his job. "Okay, see you lassies, I have school tomorrow so I'd better go study." Michael said and got going alongside with Kat and after that Gizzy and Kayla did the same. Now it's just me and Jakey. "So~, could I go with you tomorrow?" he asked. "Absolutely not, what if something were to happen to you? I wouldn't forgive myself if that'll happened." I immediately declined. "Oh come on, you were at my job and I didn't mind. Besides I'm not a small child, I know how to defend myself if it came to it." He protested. "No, and that's final, Jakey!"

The very next day

'I have no idea why I'm still doing it, even though I said no yesterday.' I thought as me and Jakey entered the pizzeria. "So what's the best place in here?" he asked. "I think that the arcade machines are the best here." "Then c'mon, I want to try them." Jakey tried to tempt me. "Sorry, I have some work office that needs to be done, but you can go ahead, I'll be there in a matter of minutes." I promised. "Fine, but don't take too long or I'm gonna be sad." Jakey said and ran ahead. "God bless Molten Freddy if he'll try to mess with him." I said to myself. 'Well, let's get to work. We don't want this pizzeria closed, do we?' I thought to myself and I went in my office.

Jakey's POV

'Wow, he even bought my favorite game: Pirate Party which just so happens to be Bryan's favorite one.' "Geez, this crush is getting kinda out of hand." I'll say to myself. "What crush?" A voice asks behind me. As I turned around, I saw a golden bunny and immediately went in defense mode. "That's AI Afton you pink-haired idiot." Molten laughted at my mistake. "Oh, sorry." I apologized. "That's okay, are you Bryan's friend? I saw you yesterday, when Molten Freddy chased you and the other boy around the pizzeria." he asked. "Don't forget about that part, when they dumped a whole bucket of paint on me." Molten added. "Yeah, we met when I searched for roommate offers, because my parents kicked me out. He just came to me and offered me to move in his house, because he saw what I was looking for, so of course I said yes." "And was it a good choice?" AI Afton asked. "Of course, I never regretted it." I answered and I uncontrollably started to run my mouth.

Bryan's POV

Something about 20 minutes later

"I never knew Bryan had such a golden heart." Circus baby said. That's the first thing I heard from the arcade room. 'What are they doing over there?' I thought as I stepped inside. "Oh, hello Bryan!" Lefty greeted me. "Hi, so, what are you talking about?" I asked. "Nothing much, I just discovered a new ship for my book." he said and both me and Jakey gave him confused looks. "Don't take him seriously, he's a comedian." AI Afton said towards Jakey. "Oh, okay, so what are we going to do now?" he asked. "Well, I suppose that we can play minigames as we always do." Ballora said and everybody agreed. "Okay, so minigames it is." I said and we headed towards the portal room.

"Just, in case anything weird happens, be safe, okay?" I told Jakey before we jumped in and he nodded.

Jakey's POV

I fell down on a library floor and after a while of confusion, I heard Circus baby say: "Jakey, you okay?" "Guys? Where are we?" I asked as I got up. "We're playing murder mystery and this is one of many maps." AI Afton explained. "Yeah, so you should get moving, before the murderer gets you, you pink-haired idiots." Molten said sarcastically. "Yeah, yeah, we get it Molten." Bryan said, but there was something different about the way I felt about it. I know that I have a crush on him, but I didn't know that it was this bad. I just...want to have him all to myself, and everybody who tries to steal him from me should just die. "You okay Jakey?" Bryan said and when I looked up, he was standing right before me and he had a worried look on his face. "Y-yea, I was just thinking about something." I responded. "Okay then, let's go, we have a murderer to find." he said and so we started walking around together as a team.
