~letter~

"Mum!! Dad!! Look what i got in the mail!" You shout at the top of your lungs. It was 8:30 and you had just received your hogwarts letter. Ever since you were little you had wanted to go to hogwarts. The best wizarding school in your opinion. "Well done Y/N come on open it then." Your father says as you enter the kitchen. As you open the letter you start to wonder what it would be like to go there.

"Right, we will go get your supplies in the morning then." Your mothers says as she takes the letter from your hands.

~time skip cause I'm lazy~

"Y/N come on time to go get your supplies" your mother shouted from downstairs. "Okay I'm coming." You muttered as you slowly dragged yourself out of bed. (Me in the mornings be like half dead)

Your Mother and Father were both wizards. The L/N was quite popular but not as powerful and rich as the Malfoys. You had always wondered what it would be like to meet Draco and his family. But of course you never had the chance. Little did you know that was all about to change.

You had made your way to diagon ally and had decided to stop at ollivanders' wand shop first. "Hello? Anyone in here.?" You whisper-shouted as you made your away into the shop. "Ah.. Y/N L/N  i presume. I had wondered when you it would be your turn to get your wand. Exited to go to hogwarts are you?." Ollivander said as I came from behind a wand shelf.

"Yes sir, that's me. And yes I am very exited. But first I need to get all my supplies." You replied. "Of course, here try this wand." You were given a wand. Not sure what type but as soon as you touched it and swished 'n' flicked (lmao wtf) a couple of wands from behind you fell off the shelf.
"Right. Obviously not that old then.. ah yes! Perfect, this should do nicely!" Ollivander passed you a wand...

(If you don't like it just imagine it as something else. I did the pottermore quiz and that was the wand I got)

~time skip again~

"Right Im pretty sure that's all the stuff on your list Y/N." Your mother said as you where walking. "Oh wait! Mother I'm allowed to take a pet with me. Please can I go find an owl?" You say as you remembered. "Go on the DONT be too long though!"

You finally made your way and saw a beautiful snow owl. As you handed over the amount of galleons needed to purchase your new pet, you turned around only to but into a unknown person.

"Oh god. I-Im so sorry! I didn't see you there." You stuttered quickly cursing yourself under your breath. "Hey it's okay, I'm Harry Potter. It's nice to meet you..um.." the boy, Harry said as he trailed off realising he never got your name.

"Oh right, my name is Y/N, Y/N L/N. Wait. Aren't you the boy who lived? Sorry that was rude of me." You say being apologetic of how rude you where being.

"Honestly it's fine. Everyone has been asking me that. Yes, yes I am the boy who lived. Well I have to go it was lovely meeting you Y/N" Harry said as he started to leave.

"Goodbye nice to meet you too!" You quickly shout as he turned the corner. "What a strange boy" you think to yourself.
