'Ugh, are you done yet?' I asked, irritably. ' You've been in there for 15 minutes and it's a family gathering so we can't be late'. 'Nearly done!' Charlie replied.

And you'd think twins would be more alike I thought to myself. But obviously, that was not the case. After waiting another 5 minutes I cried, 'That's it, I'm coming in!'. 'Wait, no don-' But it was too late, I had barged open the door, dragging the horrified Charlie to the car.

*once in the car*

'And why do we need to go to this stupid party Amelia?'. 'Because'. I replied blankly. 'You say that too much.' 'You question things too much' I replied snarkily. The rest of the drive was silent.

*at the party*

I mainly just walked behind mum,with old ladies greeting me and saying how much I had grown up. I didn't recognise them, in fact I think I hadn't met them at all, but smiled all the same. Charlie was outside behind the house with some other troublesome boys that were somehow related to us. I would have hung out with the other girls my age but they're just obsessed with boys, hair and applying lip gloss every 5 seconds and I probably would die in the process of listening to them gossip and being dramatic about everything. So, I was just going to stick to what I usually do at family gatherings; Follow mum,smile at everyone that greets me and participate in some small talk,maybe stop to eat some snacks.But,there was something that I was sure wasn't there before,

It was just around the corner at the end of the hallway so people missed it, but I saw it. I told mum I had to go to the bathroom then followed the hallway to the door, It was practically half my size so I got on my knees and opened the door. My eyes widened,
