Oceans

I stand and breathe the currents air,
As the salt drips or' my toes,
The sandy wind soars through my hair,
And the tide awakened and rose.

My body it sways as it met with the seas,
And my feet now glued to the ground,
I've become the sea and the seas become me,
And forever I'll be ocean bound.

I'm an outcast and alone,
I'm not like all the rest,
I can't call a home,
And my life is a mess.

I tried to love once,
And that's never again,
The ocean knows me,
Like we have been twins.

They left me to die,
And to fend for my own,
The salt is my cry,
And the water's my home.

They look in disgust,
But they don't see the pain,
I have nobody to trust,
But the wind and the rain.

Best friends with shore,
And my twin is the sea,
It's like never before,
But I know it's the real me.

Thanks for or reading my very first poem! This is a poem that I wrote when I was really little. I don't know why I wrote it, but I felt that the ocean was my friend;D
