"Miss Foster, the only way for you to stay alive in this horrible world is for you to hide from it."
This terrifying revelation had been haunting Sophie for more than fourty eight hours. The words had come from Mr. Forkle, everyone had gathered in his office to try and figure out their next move against the Neverseen, but it was at that moment that they all reached the same conclusion- the Neverseen had backed them into a corner. There were no other options, Sophie had to leave or it could mean her dying, and the Black Swan refused to let that happen followed by the Council, all her friends and Grady and Edaline. So it was decided, Sophie would have to leave. She would have to leave in less than one day. She had already said goodbye to everyone and was finishing pack up some stuff to take with her. The dwarfs and gnomes had bilt a small cabin for her to live in for the time being. Mr. Forkle had told everyone that it would only be temporary, but that no one could have any contact what so ever with Sophie. He even told her she couldn't have telepathic conversations with any one because if she did then if the Neverseen were to probe that person's mind they could find where she was hiding. Edaline and Grady had been teaching Sophie everything she would need to know to live by herself.

It came the day for Sophie to leave way too soon.
Sophie walked down the stairs with all her stuff in hand- or all the stuff she could fit in her arms, Sandor took care of the rest -to find someone down stairs waiting for her in the living room.
"Hey, Foster. I've been waiting for you for about fifteen minutes, didn't know how long you'd be so I decided to make myself comfortable."
