Third Person's Point of View

It was another day at the Dark Moon Pack, a young male was in his room as he dries his raven hair after taking a shower to start another day-- he walked into his walk-in wardrobe and just took out his uniform and wore it then wore his shoes, not even bothering to style his hair as he knows that he's not gonna impress anybody.

He took his book bag and went out of his room and walked downstairs, ignoring the maids and butlers who greeted him and he just rolled his eyes at the maids who were showing their cleavage to him and he just gagged internally at them as he continued to reach the dining room.

The guards opened the door of the dining room and he entered, as he entered, he saw his mother and father already talking about the pack along and when they noticed their son's presence, they smiled at him whilst the male just nodded and sat down as a butler placed his food down in front of him and they started eating.

"So Jungkook" a soft yet powerful voice of a woman was heard as she called her step-son who only grunted in response

Yes, step-son, Jungkook's birth mother was his father's real mate, an alpha like his father-- but as it is said, when an alpha female gives birth to a trueblood alpha, they were destined to pass after giving birth to the most powerful rank in the whole Wolfian World. And of course, Jungkook's father was heartbroken as he lost his mate, but he didn't blame his son, knowing that it wasn't his child's fault on why his mother died, the Moon Goddess must've planned something special for them.

Then when Jungkook was 10 years old, Jungkook's father was forced by his parents to marry an alpha woman who was nothing but a control freak-- and with Jungkook's father still not able to reject the order, stayed silent and agreed to marry her.

And to say, Jungkook didn't like her, but he stayed strong for his father and decided to protect him when the alpha female becomes too much-- and when his grandparents died, to say that the father and son duo were happy when they thought that Jungkook's father can finally escape the control freak's clutches, but they can't as Jungkook's grandparents wrote a will that 55% of the pack is under the hands of the alpha female-- and Jungkook cursed when he saw his father was feeling hopeles and helpless at his aprent's toxic behavior.

But back to the conversation that is going on...

"When are you going to find your mate?" She asks him and the father and son both stopped eating, with the father looking worriedly at his son while the male started eating once more, ignoring his mother

"Don't ignore me Jeon Jungkook, you already rejected every alpha, beta and omega females I introduce to you because you said you want to be with your destined mate! But it's been 2 years Jungkook! You're close to graduating college and you still haven't found your mate! You know I want to have grandbabies after you graduate!" His mother scolds him with a glare and the male just huffed before glaring back at his mother

"You and I both know that you just don't want grandbabies mother, you just want me to have a powerful heir to control when I step down from the Head Alpha position, knowing that you CAN'T control me when I take dad's place as the next Head Alpha of Dark Moon" Jungkook growled and the alpha female smirked at him

"Oh Jungkook, aren't you forgetting something? I OWN 55% of Dark Moon, so before you become the next Head Alpha of this place-- you have to pass MY judgement and with you still being mateless and heirless, you're NOT fit to be the Next Head Alpha of Dark Moon-- not until you show me your so-called destined mate" his step-mother says with a dirty smirk on her face before standing up and leaving the dining room

Jungkook growled in annoyance before aggressively standing up and walking towards his father to put a hand on his shoulder before whispering in his ear.

"Don't worry dad, I'll do everything it takes so you can escape this bitch's dirty clutches" he whispered before looking up at his father who smiled warmly at him

"It's okay son, also, don't let her get to you-- and I'm sorry I just knew that she was forcing you to mate with other wolves who isn't destined to be with you" his father says and Jungkook just looked at him with a blank expression on his face

"Just take your time son, I'm sure you'll get to meet your destined mate and let me meet him" his father says and Jungkook's eyes widened before going back to his blank expression as his father chuckled

"What? I'm not like Euna who is a homophobic control freak-- and I noticed that you never liked girls" his father says and Jungkook grunted

"Dad, I don't like anyone other than you and my friends" Jungkook says and his father laughs at that

"Well, I can see you glaring at the maids when they show their cleavage to you-- I'm going to fire them as Euna was the one who hired them, thinking that you'll mate with one of them" his father sighs as he shakes his head, feeling guilty that his son had to go through this

"Dad I-"

"We'll talk later son, I have a meeting to attend to and you also have to go to school-- let's talk later when you return, alright?" Jungkook's father says with a smile and Jungkook just sighed and nodded

The father and son duo both walked out of the dining room and parted ways, with Jungkook's father heading towards the meeting room of the packhouse-- and Jungkook going to his car, he threw his book bag into the passenger seat before hopping into the driver's seat then drove off.

Since the university was quite close, he arrived early since he didn't want to be in the same place as the bitchy control freak-- he hopped out of his car and slung his book bag over his shoulder before walking inside the campus.

He walked through the halls and ignored the scared looks of the students he passes by, but luckily for them, Jungkook didn't care and doesn't care about their opinions about them as the ravenette was busy on how he ca free his father from his crazy, controlling and toxic step-mother.

He arrived at his locker and placed the pin before opening it and as he places and organizes his things, he suddenly got a whiff of the most sweet and fragrant scent of chocolate that was mixed with vanilla and strawberries-- he closed his eyes as he engulfed the sweet scent that reminded him of ice cream with strawberry toppings and chocolate drizzle, and he stopped when his wolf suddenly howled.

'Mate! Jungkook mate! Our mate! Mate! Mate! Mate!'

He growled in annoyance when he heard his wolf sing-song in their mindlink, he suddenly looked for the source of the heavenly scent and his dark yet stern onyx eyes immediately made eye contact with a beautiful male with puppy blue eyes that reminded him of the deep ocean, his hair blonde turning almost white, his curvy body that fit the girl's uniform well, and his ethereal face that beat all of the girls he has seen-- it was like the male was the Moon Goddess' favorite as she took her time to sculpt him, like he was a descendant from a royal family bloodline.

Jungkook noticed that he and the unknown beautiful male were having a staring contest and then the ravenette remembered his step-mother's words earlier, and without thinking, he glared at the beautiful male with annoyance and disgust before slamming his locker shut and walking away with his things and towards his class, ignoring his wolf's angry remarks and growls as he continued to escape the sweet scent.

Without even knowing that the beautiful male's eyes teared up, thinking that he was unwanted and hated by the trueblood alpha.
