Moon watched as the sky clouded into a gray mass, promising another storm. She cowered under a large palm tree, near Jerboa's hut, resisting the winds that tried blowing her off her feet. Moon had never known that storms could become so powerful, as she looked up and watched as palm fronds began flying off the palm tree. Moon looked back at the ocean, squinting into the distance. Only in a few days, there would be a new war. A war that would change both of the continents, forever. They were going to war with Queen Wasp and her other mind army, who is currently trying to take hold of all the tribes that she knows of.
She felt a warm wing brush hers, and she looked to her side to see Qibli pressing himself against her, shielding her from the wind. She leaned into him gratefully, shivering from the cold breeze emitting off from the ocean. "Do you think... we're going to make it back from Pantala?.." Moon said anxiously as she worried her claws. Qibli nodded, looking off into the distance. "We will, I promise. I will die protecting you, if that's what it takes", he murmured, pulling her into a tight hug. Moon sighed gratefully, as his wings curled around her small body.
Suddenly, a vision stabbed through Moons skull, forcing its way into her brain. Blood splattered on the ground, dragons screaming as other dragons with white eyes chased them. Hives burned. Hundreds of Dragons falling from the sky. Death and blood. Scales of all different colors blurred past her as dragons ran towards the ocean, their body's on fire. Dragons all around collapsed, and never got up again.
Moon let out a cry of pain as she folded into herself, shaking. Qibli crouched beside her, running a soft wing down her back. "Moon?! What did you see?", he said, panic rising in his voice. Moon took a few deep breaths, her chest heaving with effort.
She raised her head, her eyes clouded with sorrow. "I think-", Moon stuttered, looking off into the ocean. "That the future of all dragons, is in great danger".
