All we have to do is ask for His forgiveness and ask for His help. So before you do anything else today ask God to forgive you and help you last through the day because I know that sometimes it is hard to ask for help but trust me it actually works.Now that doesn't mean you'll never have any more problems but you can talk to God to help you Through them.
