I just want my mum!

The appointment

Hey I hope you like the story so far this is my first fanfic❤️❤️

Lizzie POV:
I woke up at 6:15am this morning, I have to travel back to Mystic Falls to take care of my niece and go to my sisters' (Hope is like a sister to me,) gender reveal party. MG is packing up the house and transferring it to the car, we are moving back to Mystic Falls for good; well for a while anyway. MG and I have jobs at Mystic Falls both working with my dad, I'm going to be teaching the difference between black magic and not and MG is going to teach young vampires compulsion. Also, I would love to live closer to my friends and family and I want to start a family of our own; MG isn't on board with the last part of that. It hit 6:30am and we were all packed and so we set off, it takes approximately an hour and forty five minutes to get from New Jersey to Mystic Falls. We arrived at 8:25am.

                                                                  Josie POV: knock! knock! There was someone at our door but Hope was still asleep which meant I had to get up and get the door. And so I opened the door. "Lizzie!" I shouted hopefully not waking up Hope, and Alyssa. I let them in and fell back asleep.

                                                            Caroline POV:
I arrived at my daughters house at 9:15am and I let myself in the house using my key. Didn't want to wake up Alyssa. "Hello anyone home or awake?" I asked "hi mum!" Lizzie said "Lizzie!" I ran up to her and hugged her I haven't seen her in like a year due to my work and her living in New Jersey. "I'm home for good!" She said " what... where is Josie and Hope?" I asked "they are in the living room asleep!" She answered "Nanny and aunty Lizzie!" Alyssa screamed "who want breakfast?" I asked

                                                               Josie POV:
I woke up to my mum, Lizzie, MG and of corse Aly jumping on the couch "mum?" I asked "good your awake, you need to get ready for you appointment!" My mum said. "Holy c- I realised Aly was in the room. It's now 9:20am and I take ages to get ready the appointment is at 10:30am and we live twenty minutes away from the hospital. Aly started to cry. "What is up with you?" I asked "i feel s- then she proceeded to throw up on the carpet. After she was done she started struggling for breath. "Mum can you get me Aly's inhaler please now!" I asked "ok sweetie!" My mum came into the room to me rubbing Aly's back while she carried on coughing. We sorted everything out and cleaned up. It was now 9:40am and I was finally dressed and back down stairs getting Aly ready for the party.

Alyssa was wearing this:

"Huh?" Hope asked "morning mama!" Aly shouted. "Hey sweetie... OMG the time!" Hope started panicking. "Hey it's fine my mum got everything ready all you need to do is get dressed and eat!" I said "I can't you dope!" Hope answered "oh yes sorry." I replied.

                                                                   MG POV:
After ten minutes Hope came down the stairs wearing:

And then they left. "How is my littlest wolf?" I asked Alyssa "I'm good NG!" She replied she still doesn't know that M and N are two different letters. I took about thirty minutes for Alaric to show up.

Alaric POV:
I arrived at my daughters house at 10:30am to start setting up we had these lovely cakes:

They don't have a colour inside we got the girls to pick if they wanted a cake, a balloon or confetti cannons they picked the balloon. But we have other little decorations for the occasion. Surprisingly this is the first gender reveal party because when they had Alyssa they said they didn't want to know the gender till she was born, they chose differently this year they said the suspense was too much, so me and Caroline decided to have a party even though none of us get along at all but hey just wing it right.

                                                             Hope POV:
We got to the doctors at 10:20am and had to wait around twenty minutes, just before we were about to be called in "I'm so nervous!" I said "join the club!" Josie added. We were called in and the delightful lady put the gel on my stomach for the ultra sound, it was freezing cold. But then the sound of our second child's heart beat filled the room, bringing back the memory of when we first heard Aly's heartbeat it was so loud compared to this little ones but my belly is also slightly bigger than Josie's was. "Do you want to know the gender or anything now or would you like me to put it in an envelope?" The women asked "envelope please!" Me and Josie said in unison. We got back to the house and gave Lizzie the envelope (she was going to get the balloon) while Dr Saltzman text people saying we were back so the party could start. It took about twenty minutes for people to start showing up.

                                                             Third person:  first arrived Elena with Damon and the kids (Stefanie and Carter), then came Rebekah and Freya then Bonnie etc. Then the real party started. They all gathered around Hope, Josie and Alyssa, but before they could pop the balloon, the door was getting opened like with a key. "Josie who else has a key to the house?" Hope asked "urm my mum and my dad and then whoever you have given one to." Josie "it's fine probably just got pregnancy brain and being paranoid right ?" Hope said nervously. Before they could say anymore... the sort swung open Hope turned to look at the door and froze in shock... it was...
