Bakugou stood in the street, surrounded by heroes as a villain he failed to catch gets away. Allmight walks towards him with a sour expression and puts his hand on Bakugous shoulder. "Young Bakugou, you will never be better than Midoryia, just accept it. You can always become the 2nd best hero, right?" Allmight explains. He realizes the mistake he's made as Bakugou's expression changed from confused and bewildered to hurt and resentful. Allmight steps back, fear plastered on his face as Bakugou gets a crazed look in his eyes, muttering to himself. "All... for nothing at all." Allmight listens carefully, deciding to keep quiet and not make any sudden moves as he feels the atmosphere get significantly heavier. "All... for nothing at all." Bakugou repeats with unsettling calmness. Bakugou looks at Allmight with so much hatred and anguish, that some heroes start to run away fearing what the deceptively calm child might do. "Bakugou calm down, I wasn't serious! Please stop looking like that, you're scaring people..." Allmight pleads as he takes another step back, starting to regret his words. Bakugou stares at Allmight with an unhinged grin and starts to laugh. "Bakugou please calm down, you're scaring me." Allmight begs, starting to panic as he realizes he's about to run out of time for his hero form. Bakugou throws his head back and howls with maniacal laughter, his eyes wide. "You know Allmight, I think I've realized something." Bakugou says with a fake smile. "W-What would that be, Bakugou...?" Allmight inquires, his voice laced with dread. "I've realized, I've never actually wanted to be you. I want to overthrow you, I want to make you feel worthless. I want to kill you." Bakugou explains with an unsettling grin. He launches himself at the surrounding people, grabbing on to a man's head and exploding it. Screams ring out as Bakugou lets loose a barrage of explosions, Bakugou wickedly smiling while he kills the last person. Allmight strains to keep himself together, praying his form will last long enough to detain Bakugou. "I'll beat god, I'll beat god I'll beat god I'll beat god today!" Bakugou screeches, as he turns to look at Allmight. "Please, we can talk about this! CALM DOW-" Allmight wails, trying to speak but is cut off by Bakugou propelling himself with inhuman speed toward him. Bakugou latches onto Allmight's face and releases one of the biggest blasts he's ever made, not caring that his wrists are destroyed. Bakugou shrieks with deranged laughter as he beats the weakened "Number One Hero." He hears sirens but blocks them out, wanting only to hear Allmight's strangled breaths and violent coughs. The euphoria he was getting from this was the best feeling Bakugou had ever felt, he never wanted to let it go. "BAKUGOU WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" Deku screeches with hot, fat tears rolling down his cheeks. Bakugou continues to thrash his former teacher around, ignoring his childhood friend. "GET OFF OF HIM!" Deku pleads, enabling Full Cowling. He sprints toward a batshit crazy Bakugou and a badly beaten Allmight, no longer in his hero form. Bakugou swings at Deku with his right arm, powering up another huge explosion. Deku predicts this move, though, and dodges swiftly and gracefully. "GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME, DEKU." Bakugou spat, his venomous words unheard to Deku as he dodges the blast. "Kacchan, please stop hurting him! Please, he's my father figure, I can't lose another father..." Deku cries, wondering what happened to the boy he's known for so long. He's been with Bakugou since they were in preschool, and yet all those years he's never seen Bakugou go off the rails like this. "YOU'RE THE REASON I'M DOING THIS. YOU'VE ALWAYS BEEN BETTER THAN ME! I HATED YOU SO MUCH DURING OUR CHILDHOOD BECAUSE I REALIZED I WAS NEVER GONNA HAVE THE SAME DRIVE AND DEDICATION AS YOU. YOU WERE THE QUIRKLESS ONE, YET I FELT LIKE I WAS THE USELESS ONE!" Bakugou roared as he threw Allmight into a building, knocking the sick and severely hurt man unconscious. He turned to look at the green-haired boy, adrenaline still pumping into his blood. "What? Are you fucking KIDDING ME?!" You made me feel like I was worthless and stupid, all because you felt like YOU were below me? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?" Deku shouted. His fists were shaking with rage and disgust. His leg powered up with OFA, charging toward Bakugou with impossible speed. His leg swung up towards his friend's chest, ready to kick. Deku realizes he's lost control and accidentally put 15% into his leg. "WAIT-" Bakugou exclaimed. It was too late, Deku wasn't able to pull back his leg in time. A huge blast shatters all of the windows in the surrounding buildings as Deku's leg hit the panicked boy. Bakugou flew through the air, his back landing on a railing, snapping his spine. A horrifying crunch rang out through the now empty, body ridden street. "KACCHAN!" Deku shrieked, scrambling towards the now paralyzed body. Bakugou's agonizing scream echoed through the small boy's ears, Deku becoming hysterical. He rushes to the screaming blonde, supporting his body in his lap. A strangled screech leaves Bakugou, the sudden movement sending unimaginable pain throughout his body. "I- I can't fe-el my legs!" Bakugou chokes out. Deku looks at the mangled body splayed out helplessly on his lap. Hot tears stream out of his eyes, spilling over his cheeks and onto the boy he's loved since middle school. "I'm s-so sorry Kacchan! Please... stay alive. I love you, you can't leave me! Not after all we've been through!" Deku sobs. "Hah- Finally y-you admit i-it." Bakugou coughs, blood starting to pool beneath them. "H-hey, you-" He coughs, this time screaming as his back contracted. "D-don't you t-think it's kinda c-cute that I died- right inside your a-arms tonight?" Bakugou smiled weakly. "NO! YOU CAN'T DIE, YOU HAVE TO STAY WITH ME!" Deku wept, his tear ducts starting to dry up. "P-Please... don't leave me..." He cried. Deku leaned down, kissing the blonde in hopes that it would somehow miraculously make him better. "I-It's okay, dumbass. I'm n-not going anywhere...!" Bakugou stated. "Promise?" Deku asked hopefully. The hopefulness was in vain though, because Deku never got an answer.
