I miss you.
But what's funny to me,
Is that the little things,
That I miss the most. The things that I took for granted.
You're smile,
You're laugh,
The mere touch of your hand. The things that used to annoy me.
You're stories that seemed to get old,
The way you shopped for groceries,
How slow you would drive. The little things I could list forever.
The sound of your harmonica,
You calling me your girlfriend,
How we used to go to auctions together. The way you used to make me feel.
Like I was more important, than jewels
Like I was more beautiful than a princess,
Like I was wanted.I'll never forget you,
Or the little things you used to do.
I won't let your memory die,
Not while I still breathe.
