W-who are you

There I sat tied up in pain mostly my ass though. Bill walked out of the room and quickly shot and locked the door. I was left in the dark alone.
Bills pov
I left my precious pine tree tied up, he most likely was in pain from me fucking him but I had fun, he had never let me fuck him before so I really~ enjoyed it. I now know his weaknesses now hehe~. I walk down the hallway and down stairs to the dungeons to grab the brat and gambler. As I walk down I see all the people who I've tourchered huddling in the corner.
"Ohhh~ feez and~shooting~ star~." I tease as I reach there cell I see there clothes torn feez hugging shooting star in the corner while starring at me with anger in his eyes.
" What do you want bill! " Feez shouted pulling star closer
" Oh I made a deal with your brother and his side is up so time for my turn so up up follow me~." I answered I let them out and they follow me into a dark room where two tables lay standing up with four straps on the sides, with shelfs anf shelfs of torture devices I use my powers and a quick blue flash shooting star and feez are strapped to the tables. I slowly walk towards the tables. On a small silver tray by The tables lays a pair of small black gloves at only go to barely the tip of the wrist. I slowly walk up to the tray and slide them on. I than walk up to a shelf and grab a small pair of pliers and walk up to Mable. I grab a small cloth and tie it on her mouth so her screams become muffled as she tries to get off the table. I slowly put the bottom of the pliers under her fingernail and slowly let them squeeze onto the nail. I slowly peal and tear the nail of as I remove the first nail blood splatters all over my gloves and her hand. As I move to the second nail I see both her and Stan are crying as Stan watches his niece in shock unable to say anything. I slowly remove each nail more painful than the last, when I'm finished my gloves are covered in blood and Mable is bawling her eyes out and screaming. Trying to get someone to help her but no one can her them with them being muffled. I begin to walk back to shelf I place the pliers back and I grab a small needle and some threed.
" I think you should shut up star. " I said in a angry tone that she laid there in shock. I slowly untied the cloth and staged just a little bit out of the mouth and slowly began to see her mouth shut so she could no longer talk. As I shoved the needle I  and out blood spattered every where. As I finshed tourtoreing Mable till she died of blood lose I did the same thing to Stan bit instead of seeing his mouth shut I sewed his ass shut than force fed him laxatives.  As I finished up I walked back upstairs to pine tree as I open the door I see pine tree still tied up but sleeping quietly in the chair.
" Oh pinetree~" I tease he slowly wakes up and looks up in terror he sadly keeps his mouth shut.
"Are you ready for some more fun~"
Pinetree redundantly looks away angry.
