Keith's POV
   Today Lance and I were tasked with releasing some galra captives. We were head f down the hall when I heard Lance diaper over his mic "Pidge, is this hall all clear?" "Hold on- up- con-" I busted into the com with a sharp voice. "Pidge, where are they being held?" "GUYS GET OUT OF THER-" I felt a chill run up my spine as the comm went dead. Lance looks at me in fear. We must've had the same thought as we looked up and ran down the hall.

   My thought was cut off when I heard guns blasting as I tried it to cover my friend. I jump and slashed a few guards. It looked like ain't he guards were down and I stood back as lance put go bayard away. "We did it." Lance looked at me with a smile. I sighed " Let's go"

    We headed back to the hangar in search of red the I stopped causing Lance to bump my back. There she stood before me skin purple with red markings. Haggar. She held a ball of black and purple growing in her hand, I was prepared for her to hit me. Then I felt a shove as the shady lightning shot at me.

   LANCE!
   I heard an ear-piercing scream and a body hit the ground. I got my self up "Witch! What did you do!" I ran over to him a tried to pick him up, with his limp body over my shoulder. I evilly heard Haggar chuckle. But I had to get to red and get out of here. 

   I quickly got him to red and sat him down in the cockpit jumping in the seat "Don't worry, we'll get out of here." I mumbled. I flew back to the castle regaining connection "Kieth! Kieth can you hear me!"

   "Yes, Pidge loud and clear."
   "Is everything ok?"
    "Yes bit imma need a pod"
    "What!? Ugh why?"
   Glancing back at lance with cracked blue amour I sighed "Lance got hit, I-I'll explain everything later just, just do it" Pidge sighs and took a deep breath . "Ok, s-se you later"

   As she signed off the castle came into the picture and I instantly parked red grabbing lance a running out. I was met with Shiro and Allura "Kieth, what happened?" Shapiro unleashed as Allura let out a small gasp. I passed lance to him "I said I explain later! We have to get him to a pod now!" Allura just looked at me with a glare and walked on Shiro's tail. What was that about? I thought to myself. I shrugged it off and walked into the main control room. 

   The atmosphere was heavy as Shiro put him on there. "Tell.us.what.happened." Hunk growled, my eyes widened "Hunk, I-I I had nothing to do with this" He snapped "Well then, Explain!" He gestured to the pod Lance was held in "Do you think I wanted this to happen! He pushed me out of the way. I couldn't stop him" My voice began to crack as tears rolled down. In an attempt to hide them ran out of the control room to my space. When I entered locking my door I hid my face feeling the tears burn my cheeks.
