Special Containment Procedures: SCP-**** is currently contained in a sealed room measuring six by eight meters. Since SCP-****'s influence has a range of approximately 20 feet, all neighboring cells are to be evacuated and neighboring SCPs are to be relocated until a fitting cell can be arranged. 6 by 6 meters, on each side currently located in Facility ████, known as Site ██, with safety precautions and signals 20 feet from each wall.
SCP ****'s requests are to be taken to and provided by Dr. ███████. See Note A for listed Furnishings.
SCP **** is to follow a specific schedule throughout the week, following a general education appropriate to their age, as well as mental and physical tests fitting their abilities See Note B.
Description: SCP-**** is a Girl of Caucasian descent, with brown hair, brown eyes, and an oval shaped face . They are approximately █ years of age, 130 centimeters tall and 27.6 Kilograms, considered underweight and with a shorter stature than the average for their age, due to their early interactions and consumption of drugs. The subject has all biological requirements of a child, and is normal in most respects.
Mental Examination has found severe deficiency in socialization skills fitting those of a child of their age. Their awareness of non-verbal communication exceeds the average acknowledgement. SCP-**** is able to broadcast their emotions through a range of approximately 20 feet. Additionally, electroencephalography tests conclude unusual activity in the amygdala, as well as disparity in areas pertaining to learning and memory due to lack of stimulation over the course of time.
Physical Evaluations conclude SCP-****'s weakness in their respiratory system, and complications surrounding the heart stems from severe drug abuse in between the ages of █ and █.
Autopsies of individuals killed under SCP-****'s influence shows similar unusual stimulations in the amygdala. Further Autopsies of those involved in the consumption of drugs through SCP-****'s ability shows extremely devastating signs of addiction, their source is currently under discussion.
SCP-**** has shown signs of awareness of her influence, some occurrences noted in minor incident throughout the beginning of their containment: See Incident Reports ***-***0- ***-***3. SCP-****. Despite their lack of education, they are exceedingly capable of communicating, and are eager to do so when prompted. SCP-****'s assigned Childhood Development Specialist suggests their obedience and other unusual traits pertains to their need to distinguish between settings, and recommends shaping their environment to █████ ███ ███████████ ███ █████ ███ ████.
In order to further encourage socialization skills, C to D Class personnel may be allowed to interact with SCP- **** with a written letter of approval from Dr.███████. The researcher in direct charge of SCP- ****'s Containment will allow personnel to interact only if necessary.
Note A: SCP ****'s room currently contains:
One (1) Twin bed with mattress padding.
One (1) blue bed set, includes sheets, comforters, and Extra Pillows.
One (1) wardrobe containing clothes in Youth Extra Small, in pale cream colors.
Nine (6) stuffed animals (One duck, a Bunny, a Cow, a Pig, a Bear, and a Caterpillar.
Three (3) houseplants within transparent pots, furnished with a heat lamp to stimulate growth.
A selection of children's literature, (in topics such as Etiquette, Home Furnishings, and the Environment)
A Record Player (only accessible in Dr. ███████'s Company) with accompanying records.
Two Chairs and One table
A journal and various packs of Writing Utensils.
Note B: Examinations or Tests to further gain knowledge on the extent of SCP-****'s abilities have been postponed, and will continue under Dr. ███████.

SCP Involved: SCP-***, Two Researchers, One D-Class Personnel

Location: Site ██
Description: Throughout Socialization tests between One D-Class Personnel and SCP-****, observing researchers failed to recognize the transmission of emotions pertaining to withdrawal. Immediately after leaving Site ██, the D-Class Personnel attacked researchers, repeatedly demanding copious amounts of a variety of Drugs including, but not limited to, ██████ and █████████. The researchers were injured, but the D-Class Personnel's emotions only continued for ██ minutes after leaving the 20 feet measure, and eventually vanished.
Addendum:
As of ██/██/████, Site ██ will be accessible to only the researcher in charge of SCP-****'s Containment. Visitors and Personnel will be approved by Dr.███████ in future circumstances.
Note: It seems SCP-****'s Influence exceeds 20 feet, but does not remain for much time after. Perhaps the longer the time within the distance, the longer the sentiments remain. This begs the question, is it only withdrawal fueling the D-Class Personnel's attack, or is it intention as well?

Description:
This occurred during the first stages of relocation from Site ██ to Site █ █ █.
In an attempt to instigate high levels of emotional distress, SCP-**** consumed large amounts of television media, and flushed their medication. D-Class Personnel were introduced with the intention of subduing SCP- **** without breaching distance measures. While successful, █ deaths were tied to the incident, while █ were injured, due to outbreak amongst the Personnel from SCP ****'s influence.
Timestamps from television consumption and cameras confirmed the incident continued over a period of 72 hours.
Addendum:
As of ██/██/████ , Site █ █ █ is to be eradicated of any outside influence via electronic devices with connections to the internet or radio. See Note D.
Note: We should've expected SCP-**** to react violently outside of their previous location at Facility ███, however, there is no reason for them to return, as we have installed larger means of surveillance, in light of future attempts.
