I recently brought life back into this old Wattpad account in order to right my wrongs.
A couple years back, I wrote a creepypasta fic filled with triggering content, It was a horrible accumulation of teenage angst and just horribly judgmental content. I did not do enough research on Mental Illness's, and it was not my place to spread misinformation. I didn't even plan for my character to grow in any way, or to right her wrongs. She was simply vain and inconsiderate, and she wasn't even supposed to be the antagonist.
I deleted the fic after finding it a year after, realizing it was harmful. Somehow, it gained almost a hundred views and a couple comments and votes.
I've always wanted to write a fanfiction, especially if it is to get me started on a potential writing career. It's on my bucket list, and that failure of a fanfic didn't make the cut. So, I am writing an entirely new fanfiction. Something that can be wholesome and heartbreaking, with characters that have depth and goals and dreams. I'll type up a plot, a climax, a resolution. There will be struggles and things that make the readers think and feel. Maybe this is too much thinking for a Creepypasta X OC fanfic, but I'm really dedicated to bringing this fanfic to life.
I appreciate any comments about reactions, any theories for what may come next. I would also appreciate anything about improving my writing, as long as it is helpful. I will take a while on each chapter, since I am in school, but I will stay committed for as long as I stay passionate about it, which I hope is forever.
