'Ugh...' Groaned the short brunette boy. He was at his part time job at a famous cafe near his apartment. "For fucks sake! It's only 1pm! How is this place already crowded! Makes me want to go to classes..." He thought to himself. 'Hey! Why are you sulking about?' Soonyoung, one out of two of his annoying friend asked.

'Oh, nothing. Nothing at all hyung!' He said smiling sarcastically. 'Ok, ok. Hold it there! There are customers, do that later when it's not as crowded!' Soonyoung said as he backed up.

Finally, Jihoon got the break that he deserves. He had been moving back and forth for at least 4 hours. He went towards the locker room and took out his bag. Opening it up, he took out his science book and a pen and started writing his assignment.

-After 2 full hours of working on the assignment-

'Jihoon! Your next shift is starting!' His manager, Joshua stated. "Perfect timing!" 'Coming hyung!' Jihoon said as he packed his things and moved towards the front.

Jihoon struts out from the locker room towards the cashier and sat there lazily. It was already around 07.30PM, when suddenly the little bell on top of the door jingles signalling a customer had arrived. He looked around for a couple of minutes and sat down on a table near the windows.

The cafe wasn't as crowded as it was earlier in the afternoon. So, the guy that had just entered had caught everyone's attention as he pulled out a rose from his coat. He played with the stem, the others just went back to their own business and left the man alone. Jihoon was staring at the man. That was, until he was nudged by his friend.

'Hey! Go on, talk to him!' They encourage. 'Maybe even leave your number on his bill!' Jihoon groaned as be friends kept on rambling about how they would be a perfect couple together. 'You know I can't! Ugh! Just shut up and go to work!' Jihoon snapped. Even though he did find the man attractive, he know he couldn't ask for his number, nor give him his number.

Jihoon stood up and walked towards his table, pen and paper in hand. 'Good evening sir, I'm Jihoon, I'll be your server for today.' Jihoon smiled. 'Can I get you anything?' 'Huh? Oh, I'm still waiting for someone so a glass of water would do, thanks.' Jihoon nodded and went back towards the bar and asked for a glass of water.

Putting the glass of water on a tray, he walked back towards the man and placed the glass down, again startling the man who was staring intently at his phone. Jihoon huffed as he went back towards the back of the cashier and scrolled through his phone.

As time passes by, more customers starter to pack the empty cafe, making Jihoon and his friends worked harder. Every now and then, Jihoon would sometimes pass by 'Mr. Right' (as his friends called him) table. An hour had already passed and everyone was looking at the lonely man near the window with an almost wilted rose on the table. The man could feel the stares and whispers from around him. He huffed and looked out of the window trying to get out all of the negative thoughts out off his mind.

Jihoon looked over at 'Mr. Right' and sighed. He turned and asked for another glass of water pulling out a tray.

'Hey, um here.' Jihoon said as he placed the glass down on the table. 'Huh? Oh! No, I didn't remember ordering another water...' He said. 'Ah, it's free. For your friend over there.' He said pointing over to the almost wilted rose. 'Oh... thanks I guess...' He sighs as Jihoon smiled. 'Oh, uhm.. can I maybe order now?' 'Sure!' Jihoon said as he turned around and took out his note pad. 'Uhh, just two caramel latte please.' 'Ok, and your name?' 'Seungcheol.' Alright! Your order will be out in a minute.' Jihoon said as he turned around and walked towards the front cashier.

'Two caramel latte please!' He said as he layed his head back down. Not long after his order was out. 'Hey, 'Mr. Rights' order is out.' Seokmin, his other friend said. 'For fucks sake, stop with calling him 'Mr. Right'!!' Jihoon almost screamed. He groaned but stood up with a tray and placed the orders carefully on the tray.

He walked up towards the table Seungcheol (as mentioned before) was sitting and placed his orders, scaring him for a bit. 'Here you go, enjoy!' And without waiting for a reply, Jihoon just struts back towards the cashier. Again, he slumped back down on the table and did nothing.

30 more minutes had passed, and no one had came towards Seungcheol's table. He anxiously kept on glancing on his phone, reading the messages that he and his 'date' kept exchanging.

'Hey, Hoon! Come on! Don't be such a coward and not approach him!' Seokmin said. Jihoon turned around, stood up and lifted his hand up to hit him. 'I already told you to shut up!' Groaned the shorter.

Meanwhile with Seungcheol, he was still anxiously waiting for his 'date'. 'Ji--.' 'Ok, fine! I'll go to him, I'll talk to him! Just shut up!' The other two was shocked to hear the outburst of the shorter man. 'Bring Chan out here. Let him take over my place. Chan! Don't drop those coffees ok?' The younger one frantically nodded from behind and started making the coffees.

Jihoon took off his apron, went to the back room, changed his clothes and took his bag and headed outside. Jihoon went back inside from the front door while fixing his glasses and went towards where Seungcheol was sitting down.

'Hey, sorry I was late!' Jihoon spoke as he sat down. 'Huh? Hey, aren't you th-' 'Just play along.' He whispered. He nodded and smiled. Not long after, Chan came out with shaking hands and brought them their coffees. 'Great job Chan! I'm proud of you! Let me introduce you to a friend of mine who mastered dance. Go back there and practice some more.' Jihoon encourage. The younger smiled brightly and walked back towards the back bar and practiced holding a tray.

'Well, you seem to be a reliable leader.' Seungcheol chuckled. 'Mm, I used to be a leader for a vocal group around here. Yet we disbanded. Those four over there also in a group with me, but they stayed with me.'

'Ahh, I see.' Seungcheol exhaled. Jihoon smiled as he sipped on his drink. 'Hey, you wanna go out or something? My friends are staring and it's kinda getting creepy.' Seungcheol chuckle but nonetheless stood up. They grabbed their drinks and headed out.

But before he fully slipped out from the cafe, Jihoon turned around and stuck his tongue out towards his friends.
