Bucky- I watch as Steve hurts him, the man who life I had destroyed when I killed his parents but even if he attacked me he doesn't deserve this. I catch a scent when I move over nothing fully well who Steve is beating up. I grab onto Steve and throw his against the wall "Stand down Steve!" I shout when see him about to stand back up
Steve- "Bucky what are you doing he tried to attack you!?"
Bucky- "I would never hurt anyone especially an omega"
Steve- "Stark isn't a...."
Bucky- "smell him Steve"
Steve- I smell the air "so what, he got what he deserved"
Bucky- I shake my head "no he didn't, I would of acted the same as him, so would everyone else when they find out there parents killer is before their eyes even if they were brainwashed or not"
Steve- I stand looking to him "you coming or are you going to have your freedom taken away from you"
Bucky- "my place is with them, not you, it never was Steve"
Steve- "but James"
Bucky- I saw that look "I love you Steve but as a brother and not in that way"
Steve- "fine have your freedom taken away then" I say as I turn leaving the room, leaving the man I love to be captured and sentence to life in prison or worse
Tony- "why didn't you go?" I croak out as I watch him crouch down before me
Bucky- "because I found someone much better"
Tony- "who?"
Bucky- "you" I say as I carefully pick him up and head towards the people who would help him but take me away

Bucky- I look up when someone comes into my room seeing it is Fury.
Fury- "you are free to go but you will be kept an eye on and under house arrest for the next six months"
Bucky- "I don't have a home"
Fury- "you do know within Stark tower"
Bucky- "why would he do that, I killed his parents?"
Fury- "because he believe you deserve a second chance"

Bucky- I look around the place seeing him sitting there on the couch when I come out of the lift leaving two guard who escorted me here "Thank you"
Tony- I turn my head smiling "your welcome and if it wasn't for you stopping him I would of died and if you hadn't of take me to them I wouldn't of survived because of how much I was bleedy out plus my arc reactor wasn't working" I tap my chest which is now covered with skin but a melt sound goes around the room "it's now working"
Bucky- "you didn't have to you know but thank you for giving me a second chance"
Tony- "everyone deserve a second chance in life no matter what"
Bucky- "can I" I indicate to the couch
Tony- I smile "of course, drink?"
Bucky- I smile sitting down "yes please" as he pours me one and then leans into me.
