"so... engaged, again? how do you feel?" avani asked as i unpacked and she laid on my bed.
"i'm happy" i smiled.
"and you're 100% sure about this?"
"yes, vani, i'm sure. why wouldn't i be?"
"just being a protective best friend" she held her hands up in defense. "i just don't want to see you hurt again"
"we're passed that, i promise" i reassured.

"ugh, i'm so tired" i groaned, putting my suitcase in my closet and flipping down next to her on my bed. "so... you and nick?"
"i think i might like him a little..." she softly said.
"i'm happy for you two. if anyone deserves to be happy, it's you guys" i added.
my phone was buzzing on my nightstand and i answered.
"hello?"
"hey baby, what are you doing? i miss you" jaden said on the other side of the phone.
"i just unpacked. it's only been like an hour jae" i laughed.
"i know but can i come over?"
"NO!" avani yelled, hearing him since he was on speaker.
"ignore her" i laughed. "yes you can come over"

avani and i were still laying on my bed talking, well basically talking shit, when jaden let himself in.
he flopped on the bed on top of me.
"ouch" i groaned, holding my stomach that was now in pain.
"sorry" he kissed my stomach and shyly smiled.
"i'll let myself out" avani awkwardly laughed before leaving my room and shutting the door.
"i missed your face" jaden said grinning at me, cupping my face with his hands.
"and your lips" he kissed me softly.
"and your neck" he kissed down to my neck, and then my breasts. "oh and these too"
i lifted his face back up to meet mine.
"i think i get the point, babe" i laughed.
he wrapped his arms around my body and pulled me down with him to lay down.
"have you told your parents yet?" he asked.
"no" i replied. "they'll be in town again this weekend so i was going to try to keep it a secret so i could tell everyone in person"
"how do you think they'll react?" he asked.
"honestly... i have no idea. we'll find out though i guess" i sighed.
"i hope collin doesn't murder me" he laughed. "i told my family though. they're excited"
"good" i kissed his lips. "so am i"
"where do you want to get married?" he asked, tucking some of my hair behind my ear.

NOT georgia, for the love of god. nothing like what happened in my "dream."

"honestly, i've never really been a fan of weddings and i don't know why" i lied. "just something small where our family and friends can come"
"yeah" he agreed. "i like that"
he nuzzled his face into the side of my neck, kissing it softly and kissing me butterflies in the process.
"do you realize how cute our kids will be some day?" he backed away, smiling at me.
regardless of what happened in the "dream", i never actually wanted kids in real life. don't get me wrong, i was beyond excited to be an aunt, but the thought of birthing a child never appealed to me.
"i- jae can i tell you something?"
"anything princess"
"i- i don't know if i want kids"
"wait, what?"
