Chapter 3

George's POV:
Clay and Nick were sitting on the floor playing uno. I sat beside y/n, scrolling through Disney+ trying to find something to watch. We ended up watching Mulan because that was Clay's favorite Disney princess movie. (LMAO IDK IF THATS TRUE OR NOT BUT I THINK THAT WOULD BE SO CUTE) once the movie started playing, I put my arm around y/n's shoulder, and she laid her head on my chest. My face turned really pink. I really, REALLY like her..but I feel like she doesn't like me back. She would've confessed already if she liked me. I stroked soft H/C hair. This was honestly perfect, my two best friends EVER, and the girl I've liked forever with me.

{Time Skip}

After the movie, it was around 6:00 PM. At this point y/n was still on me, but her head was in my lap. Clay and Nick went to their rooms to sleep so they could stay up late.
"Hey, y/n are you ready for the live on twitch?"
I asked.
She rose up, and shook her head yes. I took her hand, and guided her into my room. I know we weren't a couple, but it really felt like it. I sat on my chair, and pulled over the extra one for y/n. I got my microphone, and camera set up. I opened twitch, and hit the go live button. Y/n was out of frame hesitating wether she should get in and show her face. Me and her watched the views poor in.
"Hello everybody! This is going to be a very very short live, considering I have something very important to tell you. This is my best-friend y/n. She has lived with me for three years. She told me she has been getting loads of hate, and I wanted to say to you guys, STOP."
The chat flooded in with confusion.
I looked at her and nodded my head. I grabbed her hand, and slightly pulled her into frame. The whole chat was going crazy.
Oh my god she's so pretty

George move out she's playing you
We ignored the hate comments, and decided to do a Q&A! I turned on TTS and let the donations come in.
"Okay first question, how did you guys meet? Y/n do you want to answer this one?"
I asked.
"Well actually, I was out late at night on a boat dock, and George came behind me at just started talking! After that we became best friends, and then we moved in together!"
She smiled, and then laughed.

Mine and y/n's face was so shocked. We agreed to the donation, and played a slow song. I moved my chair, and grabbed her hand. Normally I wouldn't do these kind of things on stream, but it was for y/n. She placed her hands around my neck, and I put mine around her waist. Her skirt flowed at the best of the song. Both of our faces were very, very red. We decided to dance for the whole song and then stop. We both sat back down, and read more donations.
"Are you guys dating? Oh..uh-n-no.."
I said smiling.
I looked over at y/n, and she was facing away from the camera, with a bright red face. I laughed, and then turned back to the monitor.

Y/N's POV:
I was still shocked about me and George dancing. We didn't hesitate at all. His body pressed up to mine, just dancing. I'm going to tell him next week, I guarantee it. I ran into the hallway, and knocked on Clay's door. He opened it, and obviously looked tired.
"Can I come in?"
I asked whispering.
"Sure!"
He opened the door for me, and then shut it. He sat on his bed, and I stood against the wall.
"I'm..I'm going to tell George about my feelings next week."
I whispered.
Clay jumped up and hugged me.
"It's like my baby sister is finding her first love!"
He whispered.
I giggled, and then thought about the bad side.
"What if he says no, or I ruin our friendship, and I have to-"
"Shut up, y/n. He will say yes, trust me."
I hugged clay, and then thanked him. I knew he wanted to sleep, so I shut his door and left. I went into my room and seen Nick sitting in there.
"Nick?"
"Clay just texted me and said you were gonna ask George next week!"
I blushed really hard and then nodded my head.
"Anyways, I'm tired af. So I'm gonna go."
He got up, and then left. I plopped on my bed, and then smiled at my ceiling. Maybe this is it? I can finally find somebody. I was about to go to sleep, but then heard chattering in the other room with George. I got up from my bed, and placed my cheek against the wall, trying to ease drop.
"Oh cool. Do you want to maybe come over tomorrow?...alright! Also, I have some friends over...yes they're just friends."
My heart dropped, as I heard giggling. Yes I was sad, but I also wasn't angry. George could have other friends too! I laid down on my bed, and went to sleep.
