**Lemon**
How long has it been since Kenma has seen Kuroo? Exactly 1 year, 4 months and 13 days. He would never admit it, but he has been keeping track. His highschool sweetheart left for law school and he hasn't seen him in a very long time. Don't get Kenma wrong, was very proud of his boyfriend, but he couldn't help but feel lonely. The feeling of loneliness had become more normal to him then he realized. He just wanted to see Kuroo, to touch him, to hug him, to feel his lips on his. He would do anything at the moment just to see his lover right now.
Kenma sighed as he turned off the tv. It was almost midnight on a Saturday and he was really feeling lonely. The house felt so empty without Kuroo. He hadn't set foot in their house since he last saw him over a year ago. Facetiming and calling were very frequent, but it never satisfied Kenma. They loved each other very much and knew they could get through this. They knew if they could get through this, they could get through anything together.
Kenma stood up and walked over to the kitchen to grab a snack.
Ding
The doorbell rang. Kenma looked at the time and wondered who the hell would be at his doorstep at this time.
He decided to ignore it but it kept on ringing.
Ding Ding Ding
"Hold on!" Kenma shouted before walking to the door.
He opened it and his heart stopped. He dropped the bowl he was holding and his knees grew weak.
"Hello Kitty," black haired boy on the other side of the door smiled.
"K-Kuroo," Kenma could feel tears filling up his eyes.
He jumped into Kuroo's arms which caused Kuroo to drop his luggage. Tears streamed down Kenma's face as he buried his face into the crock of Kuroo's neck.
"Kitty, don't cry," Kuroo said as he rumped circles on Kenma's back.
"You're back! You're really back!" Kenma cried.
"Yes I am," Kuroo smiled and kissed the top of Kenma's head.
He set Kenma back on his feet and put his luggage inside. Kenma rubbed his face to wipe the tears. Once Kuroo set his stuff on the ground, Kenma didn't waste any time jumping back on him and wrapping his legs around Kuroo's torso.
"Did you miss me that much?" Kuroo chucked.
"Of course I did, idiot," Kenma said as he looked into Kuroo's eyes. "Why didn't you tell me you were coming back?"
"I wanted to surprise you, kitten," Kuroo smiled and placed a kiss on Kenma's lips. Oh how Kenma missed this feeling. He savored Kuroo's lips before he pulled away.
He didn't realize but he started to cry again. Worry spread across Kuroo's face.
"Kitty? What's wrong?"
