Chapter 3

I'm Lisa, me and Amir been besties since we were little and she use to come visit her dad. Her dad is like a father to me cause he always been there for me and my brother but I have a big secret that might blow Amir mind so I'll just tell her when the time right. Me and Alex been dating since we were in middle school I love that boy, Hakeem is very known down here but Amir doesn't know that I really want them to hook up but if Amir father find out about them two he would kill them.

Me, Amir, and Zoe are going shopping today, I hope they get along. Zoe is my cousin but we really don't know each other like that cause she was never around, she's on my dad side. If Amir knew half the shit I know she will be really upset and beyond hurt.

I heard Amir blowing and I ran out and got in the passenger side and we drove to Zoe house. When we got to Zoe house she jumped right in the backseat. "Hey y'all." Me and Amir both spoke, "What mall be going to?" She asked , "Somerset." The ride to the mall was silent, when we got there Zoe went her own way while me and Amir stayed together.

"Wassup with ya girl?" Amir asked me.

"What you mean?" I asked playing it crazy, I knew that it was a lot of tension in the car but for what I have to find that out real soon.

"She acting like she got a problem with me, I'll leave her ass at this mall." I busted out laughing cause Amir ain't lying. "Girl come on and let's shop." I said.

We spend most of the day at the mall then we went to Red Lobster to get something to eat, while we're eating and having a good conversation I seen how Zoe kelp giving Amir these salty ass faces, I wasn't going to say anything cause I know if I did then Amir would be ready to fight.

I peeped shorty making faces at me but the bitch gone want a ride, I don't even know this girl and she wanna come at me wrong already, see why Lisa my only female friend.

"I didn't wanna say nothing but fuck it, Zoe you gotta problem with me?" I asked, Lisa almost spit her drink out on the table, she should've known I was gone ask the chick.

"I barley know you, why would I have a problem with you for?" She said.

"You keep giving me these lil stank ass faces." I said with my eyebrow raised.

"My bad, I guess its a habbit I didn't know." She said.

I just went back to eating my food, don't nobody got time for this simple ass lil girl. When we were done I dropped Zoe off at home then Lisa, when I got home I went straight in the shower, I felt nasty it was 101° out today. I turned on the air and went to sleep.
