One certain day of autumn/fall, Saiki had the privilege of visiting his grandparents. Aw, we know how much saiki loves his grandparents, I can feel the beaming excitement all over his face!

*Saiki frowns in despair* 👉 (saiki) the guy beaming with excitement.

"Ku-chan~" Kusuo's mother, Saiki Kurumi, called out. Saiki went downstairs, and left the house with his parents on a long roadtrip.

Time skip!

They arrived at the countryside of Japan, where Saiki's grandparents live. Usually, Kusuo likes going here, but lately, he's been dreading the thought of coming back. Why, you ask? Because Saiki's sadistic, masochistic, genius brother, Saiki Kuusuke moved in there not long ago. 

Kusuo and Kuusuke don't particularly get along, due to the competition they have toward each other. "An older brother never loses to the younger brother." Kuusuke once stated, but Kusuo always wins either way. ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯

Back to the current situation:

Kurumi knocks at the door, and her father, Kusuo's grandpa Saiki Kumagoro, answers it. 

"Long time no see!" Says Kurumi cheerfully.

"Hmph. You shouldn't have come." Said Kumagoro in a deceivingly grumpy tone. Saiki knew his real thoughts; "Ahyuuu~ My daughter and grandson are here! I'm so happy~ owo." Kumagoro thought.

"Ew, what's with the 'owo' at the end?" Saiki thought to himself.

"Oh, don't be like that!" Kusuo's mum said.

"Hello sir." Kuniharu, Kusuo's dad greeted.

Kumagoro makes an angry expression toward Kuniharu. Although he's a tsundere towards Kurumi, Kusuo and Kumi (Saiki's grandma), towards Saiki's dad, he's only tsun (curt) and feels no dere (affection) at all. "WHY IS HE HERE!?" He thought angrily.

Kusuo's Grandma greeted them warmly and ushered them in.

"Oh hey Kusuo!" Said a familiar voice, "You look well today." That voice just so happened to be, Kuusuke.

"You need to see an eye specialist." Saiki thought to himself.

Kuusuke greeted his mum, with a fake angelic smile. He ignored his dad, and turned to his little brother.

"Kusuo, do you mind if I borrow you for a second?" He rhetorically asked.

"Actually, I do mind." Saiki stated.

"I can't hear anything you're saying, so I'll pretend you agreed." Shrugged Kuusuke. "Come on, then."

"You definitely knew what I said," Kusuo mumbled. "Why are we going outside?"

Time skip! (Cuz I'm lazy)

The two of them were on the top of a cliff, it was fairly cold up there. Kuusuke, then sinks his hand into the bag he was carrying, and took out a book.

~ Ta-da ~ Kuusuke holds it up, in front of Kusuo. A strange aura, came from the book. For some reason, it made Saiki feel uneasy...
