Y/N Pov

"Y/n, how about you and wangji go check out the town beneath the mountain?? see if you can find any signs of wei wuxien..." Gēgē said as me and wangji go off to the town below the mountain, 'Wei wuxien...what are you doing...' I thought to myself before shaking my head and continuing on my journey as we reach the foot of the mountain we decide to split up and go look for him two different ways, "Jiějiě please come over here" I heard behind me as I saw Wangji and Wei Ying and...a kid? I slowly walk over to them as I bowed to Wei Ying, I squatted down to meet the little boy, "Whose kid is this?" I say slowly as the kid takes my fingers and starts to play with them, I had to fight back a smile and I'm pretty sure the others also noticed as Wei Ying started to smile "Ah! A-yuan! You want this?" He said as he held up a wind toy, the little boy nodded as he had the brightest smile on his face, "Well, let's go then!" Wei Ying said as he started to walk away with the little boy.

 I was shocked, to say the least, I looked over to wangji and his face look a bit hurt, I quickly bought the toy and ran over to the two who were walking away, "Wei Ying..." You said as you looked him in the eye with the look that said 'You're so heartless' and crouched down to the level of the little kid and gave him the toy and patted his head, "Grow up and become a nice human, unlike this man!" you then scolded Wei Ying about how he shouldn't be doing this to a kid, little did you know the little kid already found his Idol.

A few years later

3rd person pov:

"WEI WUXIEN!!" you screamed as you took a hold of his hand and he looked at you weakly before pointing over to a small bundle of clothing, beside which was an old grandma, "A-A-yuan..." he said meekly as his eyes closed, and you put a cloth over his eyes, and you handed him over to wangji, "A-yuan!!" You said as you limped over to the little bundle of clothing and looked over to the grandma, "You can rest in peace now, I promise to take care of him with my whole life." You said as the old woman looked towards you, smiled, and fell, you were quick enough to catch her, but not quick enough to save her. "A-yuan...please come out..." You said weakly as you picked up the little bundle, he was shaking, crying, The sight made your heart hurt, the little boy who every time you came to see was a ray of sunshine and laughing, had finally broke today.

A few days later

"Y/N, Wangji you know you did wrong...You have to take this punishment" Lan quiren said as you and your younger brother get beaten by large wooden rulers, "Jiějiě..." A small voice comes up as everyone and everything stops, you look back to see the face you wanted to be safe, more than anything else, "A-yuan...Go back to your room sweetie..." You said in a calm and sweet voice but the little one just cried and ran over to you and hugged you tight, "No! You are hurting! why are you hurting?" he asked with worry in his voice, "I'm fine a-yuan, go back to your room, Nǚ yōng, please take him back to his room, carefully please, I'll be ok A-yuan, I'll come to visit you later today" You smile at him and face back to take your punishment.

A few hours later (Because I'm not bothered...)

"A-yuan?" You called out softly as you heard small whimpers, "A-yuan...calm down" you said softly as you took him in your arms, "It's ok...I'm here now..." You said as you laid him down and laid beside him.

Wangji pov:

I was walking down the corridor when I heard older sis talking to A-yuan...'He really looks up to her...' I unconsciously smiled and walked away.

3rd person pov:

"Jiějiě, It's time to wake up..." Wangji said as he picked up A-yuan who had already woken up and was poking the girls' face, "Hm? Oh...good moring wangji..." You said as you woke up and went to the river, "Jiějiě..." A small voice called out, "A-yuan! Good morning!" You said in a happy tone making the little boys' expression go from almost crying to happy, both of the older people present just melted at that smile.

A few years later (Shizhui is 16)

"Shizhui...jingyi...please take care of yourselves and everyone else, because they just started..." You said as you pat them on the head, as you and A-yuan or lan shizhui now grew up, the affection between you two grew less and less to the point where you two don't even sit with each other..." Hanguangjun...Jiějiě...please take care of yourselves..." jingyi said as him and shizhui bowed and were about to leave "Lan shizhui...May I please have a moment..." you called out to him to his surprise you had a kind smile to your face, "What may you want to talk abou-?!" He was cut off with a hug, "Please take care of yourself and jingyi..." You said as you pulled away from the hug and walked off with wangji...

A-yuan pov:

'That's the first time in 6 years shes hugged me...It felt nice...' I thought...I was about to cry...no...I have to be strong for her...and Wei ying...I won't let you down

Third-person pov

After the whole wei wuxien coming back to life thing blah blah bla

"Should we call Hanguagjun or Jiějiě?" A disciple said as jingyi quickly fired the firework, and then they started to fight the woman, after a while of fighting they heard a flute and guqin...as they all looked up they saw 2 of the jades, "Hanguang jun! Jiějiě" Some of the disciples said in excitement as the slow flute captivated all of them, "Y/N Jiějiě..." Shizhui called out as the said female looked at him gave him a quick smile and continued fluting, she looked like she saw something as well, 'wei...wuxien?' she thought as she told wangji about him running away, "you go I'll catch up with you" you said as you flew down to the other Lan disciples, "is everyone ok?" You asked and checked everyone for cuts or injuries, "ok let's go, wangji probably is in trouble by now..." You said as you quickly left.
