Aurelies POV

June 2010

South of France

I spent the evening getting ready for my date with Harry, bringing containers and bottles of cosmetics up to my face, accentuating my features. Harry told me to dress smart casual, to which I replied asking what that meant, but I guess that's what I get for asking a boy who's clueless on fashion and wears polos and cardigans and calls it a fashionable outfit.

In the end, I decide to wear a white sundress with light blue greyish dots on it, and a selection of gold jewellery.

When there's a knock at the bathroom door, I become aware of Harry's presence and I glance at myself one last time before revealing myself from the cover of the bathroom walls

When there's a knock at the bathroom door, I become aware of Harry's presence and I glance at myself one last time before revealing myself from the cover of the bathroom walls.

"You look beautiful Aurelie," Harry declares, bending down to place a kiss on the back of my tanned hand, like we're in some olden day romance novel. I cringe and push him off me, sticking my tongue out at him.

"You don't look too shabby yourself, Styles."

"Had to look the best for my favourite," he smiled, now intertwining his fingers with mine and messing with my pearl ring again. "Where are you taking me tonight?" I ask him curiously, glancing up at his innocent expression.

"Well it's a beautiful night, and we're in the best region of France to look at the stars, so I thought that we could go to this sunflower field that I found. But, I mean.. We don't have to do that we can go-" I cut off his nervous rambling by placing a sweet peck on his lips, causing him to exhale out the nervousness that he previously held and instead let me speak.

"That sounds wonderful Harry, truly it does. I can't wait love."

"You just called me love!" he exclaims, pointing his fingers at me accusingly.

"No I did not!" I snatch my hands away from Harry's, and bury my head in them.

"You did!"

"Did not!"

"Fine. If we carry bickering on any longer we'll miss the sunset, and that'll be your fault, love." He teases me, dragging me through the hotel lobby, earning strange looks from the middle aged guests once again. They act like they've never seen two sixteen year olds before, their scoffs and eye rolls most definitely do not go unnoticed.

The sunflower field is absolutely beautiful, the golden sun slowly beginning to set, painting the sky all sorts of magnificent colours. Harry really outdid himself here, after the 20 minute walk (which he carried me on his back for the duration of) I was surprised to find that there was already blankets set out on the slowly dying grass and fairy lights swinging from the tree above.
