Hinata's POV

Once we were done with the mission we headed out to find something to do. Of course Naruto wanted to hang out, and eat ramen, but me and Sakura went to her house to hang out. Leaving Shino to deal with Naruto. "You're sure your parents are okay with me staying over?" I asked. "Yeah they are barely home anyways," Sakura said.

"That's good then. I just wanted to make sure." I said I was happy to be able to hang out with her a bit. "Well I don't know why you're acting so excited about it, it's not that interesting or anything. Hey I also noticed you don't stutter that much when you're around me. Why is that?" Sakura stated. That question got me nervous and I started to blush. "Well I guess I just feel more comfortable around you." I said nervously. "Jeez you really are shy." Sakura said. "Yeah I guess so," I said.

"Well you're always meaning to Naruto why?" I asked. "Cause he is just annoying and he's a runt," Sakura responded. "I mean I know he's hipper, and annoying, and never stops shouting random things, but that doesn't mean you need to be mean to him." I said. "Of course it does," She responded.

"Hahahaha you're funny you know that." I giggled trying to make out an answer. "Oh god you're so cute.............WAIT UH I-I-I.." Sakura tried to defend herself while blushing. I started turning a dark red hue. "It's okay I don't mind," I said. I really like this time we can spend together before we go on another mission.

Sakura's POV

Holy crap I just called her cute by accident. That scared me, at least Hinata didn't freak out. I mean she doesn't seem like the type to in the first place so why am I worrying so much. All I wanna do is keep us both on good terms. I don't want something like yesterday to happen again. I was getting lost in thought when we arrived at my house. "Here is my house, I told you it's not that great." I said. "Although I do like spending this free time with you." Hinata said with a small smile.

We walked up to my door and let myself in. "Hey is anyone home!" I shouted. No response, my parents were probably at work.I honestly like it better when they're not here. Ever since I discovered my new found feelings for Hinata. Every dinner, family meeting, and conversation with them. Feels like hell and all I can do is put on a fake face and say I agree. I know if I were to come out to them it wouldn't and well. Also I don't think I would be allowed to stay at another place. So I need to watch my back.

"I guess we are here alone then," I said. "Wow your place is nice," Hinata said. "It's not that great I mean. If you look at my perspective then no, but you could be thinking differently." I explained not showing any expression why did I ask her to come over. I can barely stay here myself without having a mental breakdown. Even when my parents are here this house just seems like it doesn't welcome me anymore. "Hey you okay Sakura?" Hinata asked, crap I must have been zoning out. "Y-yeah it's just...nevermind i'm fine." I said forcing a smile. "Stop that," Hinata said. "St-stop what?" I said with, yet another forced smile. "I know your faking it just tell me what's wrong." Hinata said very worried. "It's nothing you could help with anyways it's more of a me problem." I said. "Whatever you say." Hinata said. How did she tell it was fake i've only known her for to days. Maybe I was just to obvious.
