I woke up to the sounds of muffled voices. I could barley see anything and there was a sharp pain on my right shoulder... That's probably where I fell I thought. I tried to force myself upwards but it seemed almost impossible, my muscles felt weak and I was trying to figure out how long I was out and where I was.

"Listen kid. We ain't gunna care whatcha have to say 'bout your 'precious' family and friends. Just shut up and listen." I was still in a daze when the rough voice started talking. The room was pitch black and I had no idea how many people there were or where I was. The only clue I had was the occasional shuffle of feet.

Now a different more feminine voice to place, "You belong here with us. You have natural talents that we need. "
I shifted my head to lay flatly on its left side. I was intrigued but I just wanted to home. I have a brother, mom, a dad.

"What talents? Are you serious about looking for someone who can't even seem to walk in a strait line?" It was serious problem of mine. I'm serious. I soon heard a couple of echoed clicks towards my right and then all of my surroundings came into sight. Everything was white. The floor that I lay on was white marble with veins of grey. I sat there, bewildered. It wasn't because of the all white room that was probably scrubbed till the only thing showed was the white skeleton of a room. Nor was it because of the padded walls.

There were no people. It was a small cage like room, no door and yet I heard shuffling and voices that seem to crawl into my ear. I don't remember being claustrophobic but I started to get fidgety, then full blow panic started to set in. I scoured the small room for a door or something that would let me out. After a good 15 minutes of searching I leaned my back against the soft padding and slid down. I was mentally drained as I let tears slip from my closed eyes and soon after fall asleep.
