Coco of CityPack

Chapter 2

"They been gone pretty long" Coco thought then howled "Brute, stay and watch the camp till we get back" 

the dogs chorused "Yes Alpha!" as Coco left camp they started looking for their packmates. Coco sniffed the air, but all she could scent is the cars and what the humans put in them. The sun was setting and they had to hurry, wandering the streets at night was dangerous. Cars coming fast, humans that they could not see, and coyotes and racoons also come out. There were two figures in the darkness and Wing barked 

"Alpha! Alpha!" he barked franticly "We saw Roger be taken away by the humans!"  

"WHAT!" she barked back in shock "Wing, be careful but head back to camp and warn the others then stay there" She ordered "Rough come with me" Rough nodded and followed Coco to a building. Humans were coming out of a truck with Roger and carrying a small, brown pup. They watched them go inside and then snuck in front of the building then around back. A window was always opened and they leaped through then hid watching a human walk in and then walk out after grabbing something. They sighed and snuck through the long room, but the humans were in there and they hid behind a table in the long room. When they walked out, both Coco and Rough snuck in. memories flooded back to her when she was once locked up behind one of the cages, but she shook her head and started looking for their beta. 

"Alpha, over here" Rough called and Coco saw the small brown pup they saw being carried out of the truck. She looked frighten like she was when she was once locked up.

"Don't worry pup, we will get you out of here" She knocked the stick out of the door and Rough caught it before he fell onto the ground. 

"Alpha, Rough?" Roger whispered "Over here"

"we got you too Beta" Coco did the same with the pup's cage and Rough caught the stick

"Come on we got to get out of here" Coco headed to the door they escaped through last time "an alarm goes off when this door opens so we have to be quick" The dogs nodded and she pushed the door open sprinting out. Like she predicted an alarm did sound but they were already free when the humans reacted. 

Coco turned to the pup "What's your name?" She asked "I'm Coco, this is Roger and Rough" 

"I'm Belle" she whimpered 

"We are gonna take you to our camp, where do you live?" Roger asked 

"I'm from BravePack, I was taken away by those humans" 

"BravePack?" Coco tilted her head 

"It's a pack in the forest" 

"Well I know how to get to the forest tomorrow we will take you back" Coco led the dogs back to their camp where Brute greeted them.

"Alpha, there's an intruder in the camp" he growled and led them to where Wing was guarding a fluffy, white fur female. 

"Mom!"" 

"Snow?"
