The Town of nowhere

Prologue

Sarah sighed again as she began to complete her assignments. The teachers at the high school that she attended never went easy on the students. However, that was the only high school in that town, so she couldn't compare it to any other. 

Sarah's mind again wandered to the what ifs for the tenth time that day. 

She couldn't help but wonder of the possibilities that would have happened if she had been born anywhere else other than the town, she lived in.

 What if there was lots of crime in the town she lived in? Could she then live a life full of thrill and fun instead of her clockwise life? 

She wanted a life where she would always be running from dangerous people, escaping from kidnapping incidents, surviving near-death situations, and then...

then suddenly she would be invited to a wizard school where she would learn that magic existed in this world. She would also get to know that all the fantasy creatures existed in this world and lived in hiding from humans. 

An evil demon king would then claim to rule the world. She would battle him/her doesn't matter but would like to fight and somehow become a hero of the whole world...! 

But then again if that happened would she be allowed to fight or help? No... of course not. 

There exist so many people greater, stronger, smarter all in all wonderful than her. Sigh

eleventh sigh of the day...

"If any of those things happened, then at least she should not bring the bad luck of those people who would protect the weak" she thought before going back to completing her assignments.
