In which Josh and Izzy have been best friends since childhood. When Josh moves to LA to pursue a career in social media he meets Nessa and slowly starts to loose contact with Izzy, not knowing she's going through hell at that moment.
"You Left when...
I woke up in the back of Caleb's car. we were in the middle of a highway. My head was resting on Riley's leg while Caleb drove. "Where are we going?" I ask quietly.
"Oh great your awake" Riley chirps. "Riley" I say in a warning tone. "We are taking you to the hospital" Caleb tells me. I instantly sit up. "No" I say sternly.
"Izzy, look at you. You've but a bruised stomach and burns on your arm. You need to get out of there" Riley says. "No, the police are going to show up again stop the car"
Caleb rolled his eyes as he answered his phone that had rung twice already. He put it on speaker before saying "hey what's up man" to whoever he was speaking to.
"Everything good? Is Izzy okay? She looked pretty messed up earlier what happened?" The voice said. Then I realized it was Josh. Like he cared. I rolled my eyes again.
"Caleb I said stop the fucking car" I yell at him. "She's fine, we are taking her to the hospital" Caleb replied. "No your not let me out". Caleb looked in the mirror Of the car back at me and saw I was upset. " yo dude, I'll call you later " he said to Josh. "K by-" Josh was cut off by Caleb hanging up the phone.
Caleb pulled into a Starbucks carpark and told Riley to go inside and order for us. He sat next to me. "I won't take you to the hospital" he said and I sighed in relief. "But tomorrow your flying to LA with Me and Riley and we are buying an apartment.
I look up at him in shock. "Tomorrow?!?". " yep, we can get you new stuff when we get to LA so you don't have to go home again. "But I need my box" I mumble referring to my box filled with photos of my freinds and my family members.
"Okay I'll get my mom to grab it when she checks on your dad later" he tells me. "Deal?". I nod in agreement.
I never imagined i'd be moving to LA. I wasn't exited to see my lying scum of an ex bestfriend though. I would just have to avoid him whenever Caleb would want to hang out with him I guess.
I guess you could say I was a little exited for the new experience. But I would miss my dad so much. It may be tough living with him but I love him.
