Madme Odius's Daughter?

Vivian's past

In the power rangers' base, the team tried to figure out what had just happened. Mick explained what the orange power star was.

"It's the center, the balance, of the mind, body, and spirit of a ninja. The star is so powerful that it can make copies of other ninja stars, like lion fire."

"Wait, so this random kid is now the most powerful ninja steel ranger?" Calvin asked.

"Yes. But...why would the prism choose one of Madame Odius's goons to be the Orange ranger, or any power ranger?" Mich responded.

"Wait. Why does that girl-Vivian, even work for Madame Odius?" Preston asked.

"I don't know." Mich replied. He looked at the prism. "But I think the prism wants us to know."

The rangers gasped as the prism started to show images from the past.

Madme Odius walked alone in an old village in Japan. The village was a blaze and all the buildings were on fire. Bodies were everywhere. The villagers had been farmers, they had been defenseless. Suddenly, a woman tackled Madme Odius. The woman seemed desperate. Odius laughed wickedly as she stabbed the woman to death. Before she died, the woman reached out to a burning house.

Madme Odius continued to walk until she heard...laughter? Who would laugh at such carnage and death. It was coming from the doorstep of the house the woman had been reaching for. On the doorstep, which was somehow NOT on fire, she found a...baby! A baby girl, maybe 6 months old, was laughing, A shrill giggle. Odius picked her up. The baby laughed more, especially when she saw the blood on Odius's hands.

"A baby who laughs at the merciless slaughter of innocent people. Hm. Could grow to be a great warrior, trained by me of course." Odius said. She walked over to the dead Woman with the babe in her arms. "You must have been the mother or sister or aunt or friend of the family...or that stupid person who just has to do what is right. Well look what happened. You're dead. And this little girl is mine."

The baby reached up for Odius's face and giggled as they left the burning village, her village.

"Was that Vivian?" Preston asked.

"I think so." Said Calvin.

Suddenly, the prism showed them another image. Vivian was battling a bunch of monsters.

She was cut into and scratched by the monsters, but she eventually defeated them all in gruesome fashion. Madme Odius walked out of the shadows. She walked up to Vivian and patted her on the head.

"Good girl." Odius crooned. Vivian looked exhausted. "Now redo it till tommorow morning. I have many more monsters for you to fight." As Odius left the room, many more monsters came out of the shadows.

"Another weekend, another non-stop training session." Vivian said as she ripped a monster's head off.

"Woah!" Brody said.

Then, the prism showed another image from earlier that very day. It was of Vivian and Quilldig causing destruction before the rangers had showed up. Quilldig had made a tree fall down and it was about to hit two children and their cat. Vivian ran and pushed all three out of the way.

The images ended.

"That must be why the orange ranger star picked Vivian. She save those kids and Cat's lives." Sarah said.

"Yeah, but she still works for Odius, no matter how bad she treated her." Levi pointed out. "There's no telling what she might do."
