quirk - dark matter

can produce, manipulate, and dissipate dark matter. He doesn't overuse his quirk much, he only does that when he's in major danger.

the drawbacks are

*excessive bleeding from the mouth

 has short brown hair. it's unkempt, but... attractive, in a way? 

he also has a hairpin on one of his bangs lol

 uemoras eye color is a vibrant yellow. somewhat blinding 

also his ears are kinda pointy so thats a plus

his casual wear is a white t shirt then a black and purple jacket. then he wears normal jeans.

backstory

uemora grew up privileged. he lived in  great house, with tons of supplies. Though, there was one thing. His father made a policy. 'if you're gonna grow up like this, you better train your quirk well.' shigeo never wanted to be a hero, but it was running in their family. so he trained, and trained, and trained. though it was never enough. not for his father. when he turned 13 he eventually got pissed off enough that he'd stop training, and if anyone wanted him to train he'd threaten them with his quirk. this got them to back down for the time being, but not forever. when he turned (14? 15? idfk how it is in japan) he took the hero course because his father forced him to.
