Pushing past the crowded Arena, huffin,
So many sweaty people, so many people in general, my heart beat faster.
I was close. Closer than before, could almost touch, Them.
"I am so so sorry!" I shrank from the tall man, that I accidentally elbowed. Slipping from his gaze, I continued until I was only a few feet away.
Hearing the blood pumping in my ears, the screaming and cheering faded as I got closer to the front,
Just a few more steps,
Almost losing my footing on a forgotten bag, I quickly pushed through,
Holy shit, I made it!
Everything became incredibly slow, the ringing in my ears drowned out any word or thought that was present only a second ago. My eyes were frantically searching the vacant stage,
They'll be on in any minute,
My body shook, with excitement or panic, I couldn't tell no more.
"This is actually happening," I exhaled through a shaky breath. The girl to the right of me replied, "I know! It feels- It feels like a dream!" She stammered on. I gave her a half smile before returning my attention to the dark stage. It was unbearably warm and damp in the arena, the thin clothing I decided to wear began to stick to my skin
The lights turned off, small flashes shaking around behind the banner. Screaming. Lots of screaming.
I felt my body moving on it's own, my hands gripped the barrier. All I could hear was my breathing, the screaming, my heart beating.
Then I heard, him.
It happened so fast. The voices. The talking.
Then the banner fell, and lights. Everywhere. All around me.
And the scream I let out when I seen, him.
Josh fucking Kizska.
