"mmm" you groaned.

first day of school.

once again, I'm starting a new school, in a new town.

we move all of the time because of my dad's work. they transfer him every year, but this time i think we get to stay for at least 2 years.

i never really get to do anything over the summer because that's when we have to move all of our stuff to our new house.

I mean, I am pretty used to it, but it just gets so tiring moving constantly.

I don't have many friends, well I don't try making any because I don't want to get attatched and then have to leave them and be forced to make new ones.

anyways, so I'm going to be attending this school that I've heard a lot about. It's called Westside High. its home to the vine famous stars jack and jack.

they seem pretty chill but I wouldn't fan girl over them

the only good thing about this school is that i'm kinda familiar with some people here. I met these two girls at a concert here last year, named val and madison. after the concert we exchanged numbers and starting texting each other for a while in a groupchat kind of thing.

i haven't told them i'm moving to omaha yet because i want to surprise them.

i turned the water off and stepped out of the shower into the steamy bathroom

still humming Tides by Jack and Jack.

their songs are pretty catchy.

i took a towel off the rack and wrapped it around my body and then grabbed another for my hair.

after i dried off i opened my bathroom door and stepped into my room, letting all the steam go out.

i walked over to my drawer and grabbed a bandeau bra and some seamless underwear.

i walked to my closet and grabbed a black fitted crop top and some light wash jean shorts.

now humming paradise, i slipped on my clothes, grabbed my makeup bag, and headed to my bathroom to put on some makeup.

i grabbed a ponytail holder and put my damp hair up in a top knot and sat ontop of the counter to start my daily routine.

"come down and get breakfast"

"you have to leave in 5 minutes'' your dad yelled.

"ok i'm coming, i'm coming!"

oh crap i forgot to brush my teeth yikes.

i sloppily put toothpaste on the toothbrush and shoved it in my mouth and started brushing as i ran downstairs

i grabbed a granola bar and an arizona tea as i swooped around the counter and spit out my toothpaste.

i handed my toothbrush to my dad as i hugged and kissed him cheek.

"bye dad! i love you!" you yelled.

"love you too em! have a good day!"

you grab your keys and ran out the door to your car.

you start your car, turn on your radio, and pull out your driveway.

i walked into my new school...

i noticed that when i walked through those front doors that everyone was staring at me.

why are they staring

is something wrong with me?!

i quickly walked into the office so i could get my schedule

mostly so i could get away from all of the stares

i looked at my schedule carefully as i walked down the hallway not looking where i was going

"ugh i don't know where any of these class-" you said to yourself until you stumbled back a little.

"ow! hey watch were you're goi-"

"o..oh wait a minute.. you're the new girl right?" a boy said

"uh..uhm yea" you said looking back at your schedule.

"your name's emilie right? emilie hunter?" he asked

"yes, and yours is?" you said looking up at him.

he was looking into your eyes

his eyes were some what intimidating.

he looked familiar but you just couldn't put your finger on it.

"my name's jack"
