It was the first day of Spring and the students of Cherryton Academy had the day off to enjoy and rest before the next semester. Most students were in the front yard talking or playing sports to pass the time. Ivory is one of these students. Said hybrid was sat on one of the benches with earphones in her ears and a book in her hand, reading peacefully and occasionally lifting her eyes to the basketball game a bunch of carnivore boys were having on the court in front of her. Every so often when she'd look up, Ivory would catch one of them pulling their shirt up to wipe the sweat from their forehead revealing their abs or pull the sleeves of their gym clothes up onto their shoulders to show off their biceps. Rolling her eyes the young female carnivore caught the sight of a certain white rabbit watering plants in front of the girls' dorms.

'Hmm,' Ivory closed her book and stood, walking over and watching the small herbivore tense under the loom of her shadow.

"Oh... it's you," The small rabbit looked up at the taller animal.

"Yeah, sorry I didn't get to introduce myself last time we met, I was a bit preoccupied." The carnivore smirked.

"Uh, that's ok," The small rabbit turned fully.

"What's your name?" Ivory asked.

"H~haru,"

"Cute," Ivory smiled at 'Haru'.

"Are you a freshman?"

"Yes,"

"As am I," Ivory tilted her head slightly.

"Oh, cool," Haru gulped.

This poor little rabbit didn't know what to think. The first time she met this fellow freshman she assumed she was a herbivore with spots, a simple spotted-gazelle, but once said gazelle opened her -actually quite large- mouth and flashed her needle-sharp fangs Haru had momentarily died. Haru wasn't usually afraid of the carnivore students in the school, but that was because they kept their distance and gave her no reason to be afraid. But with this new carnivore student, Haru felt that she had to walk on the balls of her feet in case she needed to make a quick getaway dash. Ivory had a more or less pleasant face... If she closed her eyes and gave a closed-mouthed smile, anyone would brush her off as just another gentle herbivore. Her hair helped slightly with that though. Haru noticed it hung over her right eye most of the time. Did it not bother her? Haru thought carnivores hated it when things dangled in front of them and obscured their sight. So it was probably the herbivore in this girl that made her careless.

"Hey Haru," The little rabbit was brought out of her head at the sound of her name.

"Y~yes?"

"I need to join a club in school. And I was wondering if you had any suggestions?" Ivory leaned further over the small rabbit.

"Oh~ um~ well..." Haru looked down, fidgeting on her feet.

"T~there is my club... gardening club, there is, uh~ d~drama club, but you need to be invited into that, and... we have a music club too..." Ivory tilted her head up and smirked at herself, swallowing hard at the saliva that had built up in her mouth.

Meanwhile, at the front gate of the Academy, multiple students paused what they were doing to watch three adult male lions get out of a large black car and approach the school. All three wore black attire, whether it was hoodies, T's and jeans, or tracksuits. One walked in front of the other two and students would sidestep as they walked into the grounds. The leader had two silver piercings in his left ear and a very dark look on his face as they seemed to walk in slow motion. The lion behind him to his left had a stud above his eyebrow, the fur on his face split diagonally with a lighter and darker shade. The third lion, had holes in his ears but no piercings visible, some students could see the dark tattoos that ran up his neck but the most intimidating thing about him was the restraints he was carrying. Herbivores and carnivore students alike watched with wide eyes as these mobster looking men walked into their school.

Back with Haru and Ivory... Ivory just couldn't get over how this bunny was just being so cute and innocent. The hybrid bit her lip, drawing blood and sucking on that to calm herself and her instincts.

"Oh do you like music?" Haru's voice rang.

"Hmm?" Ivory looked back down into the eyes of the bunny rabbit.

"Your tail suddenly began wagging." Haru pointed.

Ivory looked back at her appendage and true enough it was swaying happily behind her.

"Oh..." Ivory looked back at Haru.

"Music... sure, yeah. I love singing mostly, though I only sing for myself." Ivory clenched her righthand around her left wrist behind her, feeling her claws pierce her flesh.

"Oh by the way... I didn't get your name."

Ivory grinned, blowing the hair from her eyes so both shone down at the small rabbit. Leaning further over Haru so the smaller female had to bend her head back slightly. Haru lowered her ears slightly, her eyes widening slowly the closer her face got to the carnivores.

"It's I~"

"Ivory!"

The carnivore hybrid clenched her jaw, her eyes gaining an almost insane evil glint for a second before she stiffly straightened up away from Haru and turned to her right.

"Back up..." Ivory felt her tail spaz slightly as she turned to her three acquaintances.

"Run along little rabbit," The lead lion stepped forward and glared at the white bunny.

"Aww, Rouxan, you're scaring her," Ivory stood in between Haru and the three lions, Haru shrinking behind her.

"Look who's talking... looked like someone was falling back into old habits a second ago." The lion holding the restraints, Kai, smirked at his least favorite parolee.

Ivory's eyes twitched and Haru watched all three lions shift into an almost attack position. The white dwarf rabbit heard Ivory take a deep breath before she turned to look at her.

"This was fun Haru... we should talk like this more often. But I have to go now, so I'll catch you around later,"

"O~ok," Haru nodded, watching Ivory walk toward the three lions before being lead away into the school building.

'How curious... why would three grown male lions come to school to see... Ivory was it? Has she done something wrong?' Haru thought to herself as she watched other students stop to watch the group as well.

"What a strange person," Haru mumbled to herself.

True Ivory had loomed over Haru as if she were about to eat her one bite whole. But then she stood protectively in front of her when that lion gave her the stink eye.
