Once upon a time there lived a boy at his father's bakery. This boy was answered to the name Red. He was a bright young boy who, of course, worked in the bakery. Some words that could be used to describe him was normally unusual. He, like any other boy loved adventure, but unlike the boys who liked to play around and seek adventure in the village, he seeks adventure in books and never bothered to find actual adventure.
Why waste the energy when I could just read it in a book, he always thought to himself.
Ssssst
Red opened his closed eyes. The wind had waken him up. He woke up to see he was up a tree with his red cape draped over him like a blanket, and an opened book on his chest.
" Hmmm... I must have fell asleep while reading," he observed. He gave a big yawn and stretched.
" Red, come down please," he heard his mom call below the tree, " hurry! We need you to go to your grandmother's house."
" Ah, is it time already?- Coming mother!"
The red caped boy jumped down. Like his mother, he had reddish-brown hair and was quite tall. He also had gotten his love of reading from her.
" Here's today's basket- oh, we've gotten to a late start today!" she said in a rush, "Remember to stay on the path, over the river and into the woods to-"
"-to grandmother's house," said with a slight roll of his eyes. She always reminded him before sending him. She was always worried.
" And also try to make it back before sunset!"
"Yes, mother."
With that said he gave her a kiss on a cheek and left.
" Remember to stay on the path!" she yelled from behind him.
"I will!"
He finally crossed over the bridge an into the woods.
