A nightmare

Chapter 3

When I realized I was running to nowhere, tired and exhausting I stopped. I looked around, it was almost like my bedroom, dark… glum. At that moment tears started to flow from my eyes. I could hear some strange noises, chuckles, that was, and screams. Yes, like in a horror movie, but these… these chuckles and screams were distorted.

The trees around seemed to be misshaped and suddenly leaves from those trees began to fall, swinging from one side to another due to the wind, seconds later when I stared one leave near me I realized that they were black tone. I could swear it was a nightmare. But when the noises got louder and louder until my ears couldn’t stop the irritation. It only got worse so much that I dropped in lap as I noticed my ears were bleeding. I couldn’t hear anything. “what’s happening?” “why this is happening to me” I don’t stop repeating in my mind while sobbing. Soon my sight got fuzzy and with a last effort, I tried to stand up, which was wrong.
 
  At feeling tremendous pain in my head due to the thump against a rock on the floor. I finally close my eyes as the leaves… the black leaves perched on me.

When I opened my eyes, I found myself in the amusement park. I could spot some attractions, some meters from a distance. No matter how much I tried to move, I could not, once I opened my eyes, I could not close them again. I felt a terrible twinge in my neck and a liquid sliding from there.

I felt the end coming up, I thought that I was finally going to wake up as if it were a dream. But I knew what was actually about to happen. I was about to die.

It is a lie. You don’t glance your whole life pass before your eyes. You only remember once and once more the way you die. Unfortunately, I didn’t even know how I died. Before my soul left my body. When I still could see. I saw her, the bronze hair girl. I saw her coming over and fading while running back away as I finally leave that damn agony… that nightmare.
