Bliss comfort

Springtrap's POV

I was laying next to [Y/n] in the guest bedroom cuddling her. She seemed so nervous and shaken it made me feel so.... bad and guilty, she had to see me kill someone. "[Yn]..." I started before backing down, hoping she didnt hear me. "Yes?" I heard her spoke in a quiver.
"Uh..what's wrong?" I had finally asked before several minutes, she stared a slight bit before shaking her head. "Nothing...just.." she had paused before shaking a bit, "scared." She finally answered.
I then paused and made a small frown. "Why, why are you scared?" I asked, waiting for an answer I shuffled closer to her.

I gained no answer as she had fallen fast asleep, I then made a small sigh before looking up at the ceiling.

Soon enough she had woken up, crying. I made a sharp inhale before quickly hugging her and cradling her in my arms, I looked at her [C/E] that shimmered due to the light of the bulb over us, I sighed. "What's wrong?" I had asked with pain in my voice, she shook her head and sighed. "Just...a nightmare." I made a short pause as I heard her speak before opening my mouth and closing it again, well, that's what I would do if I was still alive.. "Oh." I simply replied, unsure if I should ask her the simple question 'what was it about?' So i could comfort her, I then sighed. "Would you like to talk about it?" I asked, almost with curiosity in my voice. I watched her as she thought for moment, before slowly taking her hand to my muzzle [specifically my cheek] and looked up at me. She sighed before nodding and taking her hand away which made my animatronic grin grow wider.
"That's great, what is it?" I had ask, she turned away and sighed. "Well, In a void, a black abyss I suppose... A purple, I suppose, fox like thing with bright purple tuffs around its neck and chest." She started explaining, I had leaned in closer as I was really curious. "It would speak in rhymes and songs, warning me about..gold?" She spoke with confusion. "His eyes were piercing purple and at times would flash gold, yellow and sometimes white. His teeth were glistening white and sharp." She started explaining more of the details vividly as though she was writing a horror book, or the fox was standing right infront of her. "He continued singing about gold, and the dangers of greed and how greed could lead to murder." I had flinched as she mentioned greed and murder, this couldn't be connected to me...right? I mean, she doesn't know who I truly am. "He then started warning me that someday- someone will come for me." She spoke with shaky words as she hugged herself, "I couldn't stop thinking about that hooded man, in the woods." She then had made a shaky sigh before leaning against my soft fur covering the metal. "Oh...I'm so sorry." I spoem before wrapping my arms around the [H/C] woman and nuzzling her, softly as to not to hurt her. "I'm sure it'll be fine, besides, I'll be your bodyguard alright?" I chuckled a bit, which made her giggle in a tiresome way. "Aw...that's really sweet." She spoke with a small smile on her face, looking to at me. "Heh, yup...that's me." My eyes had darted to the side in order to avoid eye contact, she hummed as she twirled my fur with her finger. "I feel better already." She said with a soft giggle, I nodded and chuckle. "Great to hear!"
