This disease is imaginary it's not true at all as it was requested to be unknown disease so i just came up with it. It was inspired from a story I heard and the author came up with a disease so the idea came to me from it and I modified it.

Please notice:
Non of this is medically right, the whole disease is totally imaginary so don't rely on any medical info from this chapter.

Also I changed the name of Jimin brother because I didn't feel it's right to put his name and I'm really sorry for that.

JIMIN'S POV

"Beep. Beep Beep Beep"

I was suddenly jolted with the sound of the machines attached to my brother, I quickly untangled my hands from him and looked at the machines, his heart rate was elevated and going higher. Quickly pushing the emergency button and holding my brothers hands which alarmingly started to turn cold.

"Please Jihoon, hang in there please" I pleaded squeezing his hand hoping to get any response other than the gasping of breath.

Suddenly nurses rushed pulling me away from my brother.

"No No leave me here please I won't interfere just let me hold him"

But my words weren't even heard as nurses pushed me out closing the door.

I watched with horror from the small window attached to the door as they injected several medicine into him moving around quickly. The machines sounds was so loud that that I felt like it was drowning me, my brother was gasping short rapid breathes trying to fill his blocked lungs. Suddenly!

Beeeeeeeeeeeeeep

Flat line was shown on the heart machine and a new more rushed orders was thrown and the horrific order from the doctor.

Third POV

"Clear!!" While he charges the CPR device and touches it to his brother's now bare chest and looked to the still flat line.

" 1, 2, 3 clear!!" The doctor again touches the device after increasing its voltage, the line stubbornly stays flat and Jimin can see the desperate expression in the doctor's face with teary eyes and rushed breath.

His brother is ..... dying?

Now?

While he is still young?

In the cold of hospital room?

Under the cold touches of gloves??

Everything became more blurry as more tears ran down his face as he banged on the door calling his brother to wake up and be strong, calling him to have his dream.

Suddenly all the noises stops, the machines stoped, and the gasping stopped.

"Time of death: 3:46 am"

That when Jimin felt everything colloid around him while screaming his brother's name.

Jimin jolted awake with a harsh scream that woke his brother up. Jihoon looked at his brother who took harsh breathes while his hand grasped his chest hard, he slowly put a hand in Jimin's shoulder who jumped and looked at his brother.
