Chapter 2

"They forgot the damn ketchup." Jisoo says tossing the paper bag of the fast food onto the cold wet pavement of the alley, where the van was hidden from the streets. "After everything I've done for this community, they can't even give me some ketchup."

Chaeyoung raises an eyebrow at that statement, "You rob people..." Jisoo just sighs and looks off into another direction. "After all I've done" she whispers as Chaeyoung returns to her meal.

As the two eat they notice that one isnt, Jennie. Staring intently at the still unconscious body of lisa. Nothing bothers her more than knowing that both Jisoo and chaeyoung could have died today, at the hands of this girl. Unlike Jisoo, this didn't amuse her, it infuriated her. Her blood boiling at the thought of losing the two.

"You know Jennie, I can take that food off your hands." Jennie snapped,"You got way to close to her Kim Jisoo!" Jisoo rolls her eyes, "I know I know bu..." She wasn't given a chance to finish another one of her playful remarks.

"You really think I give a fuck about what bullshit you're gonna say next?!" Jisoo bit her tongue. If there was one thing she knew better than anyone else, is to never piss off Jennie Kim. "Fundamentals god damnit!" Jennie shouts slamming her fist into the side of the van. "Chae you're going to work on your aim when we get back, that shit was embarrassing." Jennie saying all of this not taking her eyes away from Lisa, she knows she'll be out for a while, still though, Jennie is always extremely cautious.

At this moment Chaeyoung was actually scared of Jennie, then again who wouldn't be. "Boss is gonna be pissed." Jennie said finally taking her eyes off of lisa to look at the floor of the van. "At first yes, but not when she's making us money." Jisoo interjects. "There's no guarantee she'll go along with us, we just had guns pointed at each other."

"Yeah and it also doesn't help that you knocked her into next week." Chaeyoung says before taking another big bite of her burger. The backdoor of the van swings open, and Jennie jumps out of the back.

"Where you going?" Chaeyoung questions the older girl. "Find somewhere to take a piss." Chaeyoung slowly puts down her food, suddenly not as hungry as she was just seconds ago.

Jisoo chuckles "How ladylike of her." Jennie slams the door shut. Leaving Chaeyoung and Jisoo to reflect on their latest failure.

"You know she's right Chaeyoung, we got someone killed." Chaeyoug leans back in her seat, "I know... I just hate when she's like this." Jisoo puts her hand on Chaeyoungs shoulder, doing her best to reassure her partner in crime, "Don't worry about her I'll straighten her out." They both share a brief laugh before Jisoo exits the vehicle and step out into the alley. "Im gonna get some fresh air, keep an eye on the doll for me will ya?" Chae nods in response as the door closes.

Chaeyoung looked down at the unconscious beauty in front of her. 'Should be waking up soon' she thought to herself. Rain started to trickle down on to the van from the outside, although in this moment, the rain was quite soothing, a nice break from the constant fighting and danger. Chaeyoung can just breathe.

'If only I could just leave this life behind me.' She knew that wasn't possible, even if she tried and was given the opportunity to start over, she would never be able to put down the gun, it's all she's ever known, and one day... it's gonna get her killed. 'But not today'.

Although it could have been today, if Jennie wasn't there she'd be a goner for sure, no matter how irritated she was with the intimidating girl... she owed her her life. She let out a sigh before crumbling up the trash of the fast food and tossing it up to the front of the van.

She stopped once she heard movement from the direction of her latest dilemma. "Wha..." Lisa was up, and this time Chaeyoung was fully prepared, even in this tight space, there was little to no chance of a repeat of their earlier meeting.

With a throbbing headache Lisa began to toss and turn, she was finally coming to. 'What the fuck is going on' Lisa thought to herself, having no recollection of the previous hours in the day. "That was one of the scarier knockouts I've seen." The smell of fast food caused for a comfortable atmosphere inside the van for Lisa, besides the obvious headache. 'Who is that talking? What knockout?' Lisa finally opens her eyes looking at her kidnapper, who was actually, quite beautiful. "Where am I... who are you?" She sat up putting her back on the insde wall of the car. "You'll remember soon. We met at the liquor store." Chaeyoung says putting on a smile.

'Liquor store? Oh yeah i was getting food and...' once again Lisa's heart sank, she looked around, weapons, duffle bags, money... this was bad. "So you remember now." Chaeyoung says with a chuckle. "You gave us quite the scare, impressive to be blunt." This was wrong, why was Lisa here? This made no sense, why couldn't they just leave her, why the hell did they have to completely abduct her? The question ran through Lisa’s head with no answers being brought to the table. She looked around for a way out, she needed to get home, her family, they need her, they have to be worried. As she tried to get up she was greeted with the clicking of a firearm. "Not so fast Manoban, I suggest you stay seated." 'How do they know me' she thought to herself.

Lisa was now eye to eye with Chaeyoung, she saw how serious this girl was. No way she was going to try and play hero this time, better to just play her game. Even though she hated feeling so helpless. "I won't tell anyone."
"I know you won't Lisa, I'm not concerned with that." This was awful for Lisa, she'd rather them kill her to get it over with than have to wait for it, only god knows what's going to happen now.

The passenger door opens and Jisoo steps in and takes a seat. "Fuck it's cold out there... aahhh she's up." Jisoo says with a wide smile now forming. God how that girl creeped Lisa out. "By the way how's the head? You got absolutely blasted!" Jisoo teases laughing out loud. Lisa giving her a confused look was unsure of what transpired when she was knocked out of consciousness. Last thing she remembers was her shooting at one of the masked girls, everything else was blank. "Should we get her?" Chaeyoung questions Jisoo, jerking her head in the direction of where Jennie walked off too. "I mean, I don't really want to bother her right now. Especially when she's "finding a place to piss" you know what I mean?" Chaeyoung shrugs and focuses back to lisa.
"Well... are you from the city?" Lisa just nods her head, still terrified by the entire ordeal. "Here." The mysterious girl in the back of the van with her handed over a wrapped burger. "Oh but it doesn't have ketchup... those assholes." Lisa shoots a quick look to the front at Jisoo. 'What the fuck is this?'

"Well if you're not gonna eat it then..." just then the sandwich was snatched out of her hand. Causing the older girl to smile. If there was one thing that you dont pass up in Lisa's family, it's food. Although she was starving, she couldn't understand why she wasn't dead yet, or why they're feeding her. 'Maybe they poisoned the burger... Lisa gives a long glare at the wrapped up fast food.

"Are you gonna eat that? Cause if nooot..."
"Let her eat Jisoo." Jisoo leans back in her chair pouting. 'Jisoo huh?' Lisa takes a glance at the girl in the passenger seat of the van. 'She's a nutcase... but kinda funny.' Lisa's fear of these girls, was gradually going away. No matter what though, there has to be a way out, all she can do now though is wait. Lisa finally unwraps her meal, only to be stopped by the back doors flying open to her left, causing her heart to jump. What startled her even more was the girl death staring outside of the van... Lisa could only stare back wide eyed. It was like she was staring right through her soul. This one was different from the other two... so cold... so intimidating. This girl terrified her. Jennie shot a look at Chaeyoung, it didnt take long for Chaeyoung to notice the blood that was trickling down Jennie's hand. "Jen... what happened." Jennie hops in the car, hopping into the driver's seat to start the engine. "Something came up, we gotta go." Chaeyoung shuts both doors of the van, Jennie locking the car. The sound of screeching tires echoed through the alley as the car pulled away. Lisa looks around the van, 'why do you guys want me' Lisa thinks as her abductors take her into the night. "Have you ever killed someone?" Jennie says to Lisa, Lisa seeing the cold eyes staring a hole through her in the rear view mirror. Lisa shakes her head to the leader of this crew, and Jennie returns her focus to the road. "You will.."
