Name: dark shadows
They are living in the red zone (at least most of them), but the heros don't know. They know everything about villains, heroes and the underground. If you want to know something about the underground activities, you can go to them and for some honorar, they will tell you everything you need, or help you.
They are only seen in the normal city, not in the red zone. No one knows that they are there, most time.
They have a gang Tatoo. It's from their shoulder to the neck. It's a snake that winds through a skull.
Mostly they are peaceful, but if they want they can kill you within a few seconds
They are known by heroes and villains but nobody knows who they are and what quirks they have
