ᴜɴᴅᴇʀʟɪɢʜᴛ (𝐽𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝐴𝑛 𝐴𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑒 𝐴𝑢)

𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 ℎ𝑜𝑚𝑒

Lights would smile widely as they looked at frisk gaze at the purple flower, it was yet small, but it had ever so little detail that made it unique in its own way. Frisk then looked up at the clouds, "do you ever miss home lights?, Just wishing you could ever so get that chance to see your friends and family again?. The fact that being alone can really stab a soul am I right?" Frisk would say softly as she looked at lights, lights would blink then looking down letting out a small sad squeak as his antennas slowly went down, "oh...., Uhm-, would you like to do something?, Oh!, I can teach you my launguage!" Frisk say trying to change the topic, lights would look at them as his antennas went back up, he'd make an odd sound as he clasped his hands together happily, frisk smiled getting up then offering for their hand, light grabbed their hand and helped himself up, he'd then let go of their hand, frisk hummed as she started to walk back to her tree house, lights following right behind them.

Sooner or later they reached back at the place, frisk made lights sit on the floor, as she then grabbed a small chalk board and some chalk, shed sit in front of them and write down the alphabet, "here if you can understand me I'm sure it'll be easy as pie to lean these words!, Now try to say it with me. A.., b.., c.., d.., e.., f.., g.., h.., I.., j.., k.., l.., m.., n.., o.., p.., q., r.., s.., t.., u.., v.., w.., x.., y.., and z!" Frisk slowly spoke as lights leaned forward a bit, "now you try lightly!" Shed smile saying as she patted their head, lights blinked taking a deep breath, soon mimicking the sound of the words "A.., b.., c.., d.., e.., f.., g.., h.., I.., j.., k.., l.., m.., n.., o.., p.., q., r.., s.., t.., u.., v.., w.., x.., y.., z..?" Lights struggled to say, his voice seemed soft, and not too light, and not too deep, frisks eyes glimmered in joy, "you did it!" Shed say as he leaned forward quickly hugging them, lights flinched then looking at them, "h.., u.., g..?, hu-..., Ho-.., hug?.." lights said struggling more, frisk gasped, she seemed so exited she had helped an alien learn common english, "ooo!, Lights!, Lights!, Try to say my name!" Shed squeal a bit, lights scrunched his face abut just thinking, "fr.., is..., K.., f.., r.., I.., s.., k.., f- , frisk?.." lights said looking down at them, frisk smiled widely once again, "you did it!, You said my name!" Shed say happily.

After a week or two lights have Ben able to speak more easier now, they practiced quite a lot from sun up to sun down. Frisk would yawn waking up to carving sounds once again, "huh?", Shed get up and look out her window, "lights!, What did I say about the tree!, Dont carve it!", Shed shout a bit, lights looked up at them, "why?", He'd say, "because it's hurting the tree!", Shed say pointing to it, "whyyy??" Lights said grinning a bit as he lifted the blade up againts the tree, frisk glared. "I swear if you ev-" before she could finish her words lights made a nother carve into the tree, "lights no!!", Frisk say shouting again, lights snickered then looking over at the distance were his ship had crashed at, lights would point to it, "can I go?, To get?", He'd say a but impatiently, "uh.., sure, just dot get lost lighty", she'd say then laying back down onto her bed to get rest, lights jumped happily then running off, he'd had run for a little while, soon finding his crashed ship, he'd run over to it, and then approach it, he'd go over to the door, Wich was stuck a bit, he'd grab into the handle, and pry it open, soon falling backwards wait opened, he'd smile then entering the ship, rustling through things throwing broken junk out, soon he found his sturdy metal box of items, his eyes slightly glowed excitedly, and happily that he found his stuff safe, he'd open it, and pull out quite a few things, he looked at the clothing and stared at it, he set it to the side as he then pulled out a pair of party metal boots, he smiled as he then took off the worn out shoes he was always having to wear, and then putting the boots on, he'd then rustle through the box pulling out a necklace and a bracelet, he'd out them on as he then gazed at himself, humming happily, he'd then look around himself and then start to rustle through things around the ship, he'd grab parts of the ship, and some food that was still good, he'd go over and put the stuff in his box, as well, as with the clothing, he'd then shut the box and then tap I'm the top, soon the box glowed in patterns as it hovered above the ground, lights then smiled as he walked out, the box seemed to follow him, he'd then tap one foot with his other, and then did the other with his other foot, soon the boots did the same glowing in patterns, now hovering above the ground, he'd seem to giggle as he then leaned forward, soon blasting off at a high speed, going side to side to avoid hitting trees, in about a few minutes he landed right Infront of the tree house, he'd make a squeak as his boots then turned off, he went over and climbed up the treehouse, the box floating up following him, hed then go over and shake frisk awake, "frisky!, Frisk!, Frisk!", He'd say in a happy tone, frisk groaned then running her eyes awake again, she'd looked at lights, "holly shit were in the hell did you get all of that stuff" she'd say blinking a bit.
