Scar’s POV: Today was my birthday and I have heard nothing from Zayn. Well it isn’t like I excepted it I haven’t heard from him in ages but I thought maybe he would. It is my 18th birthday and all. I invited him to my “party”. Well it wasn’t really a party just my Mum, little sister who was 16 named Erica, and my younger brother Jayce who is 13. I know he is Zayn Malik “famous singer” but I miss the days when he was just Zayn Malik my best friend. But he is living his dream so I get it. “Scar!” Erica yelled. “Yeah Erica?” I asked. “Go get ready for your party! We are going somewhere fancy so dress nice!” Erica yelled from her room. I’m actually quite excited now! I started getting ready for my “party”. I just bought a tight red a dress with some cute black heals. Then I put on mascara and eyeliner but not too much. Maybe I’ll meet someone there. I thought in my head while looking at myself in the mirror but, then realized no one in their right mind would try to pick me up. I sighed then walked out of my room and started to walk down the stairs. I see Erica is a black dress that was not to short but not too long. She was absolutely gorgeous. Jayce was in a blue polo with brown trousers. He was too cute. “Where is Mum I asked?” looking around. “Mum isn’t coming with us.” Jayce sighed. “Why, it is my birthday?” I questioned. “Work.” Erica interrupted. “But she paid for everything so it is kind of like she is here.” We laughed. I walked outside to see a party bus. Even though I was mad at my Mum for ditching us I was so thankful for everything. We had so much fun on the party bus! The music was loud and we were dancing like crazy until that song came on. “She Will Be Loved” by Maroon 5 A.K.A. Zayn and I’s song. He use to sing this to me whenever I was sad and I did the same for him. I just miss my best friend. I just sat down and thought what Zayn was doing right now.
Zayn’s POV: I stood in the restaurant with the boys and Scar’s mum. Scar thinks I’m not here and neither is her mum. “Scar is going to be so happy to see you. She really misses you know.” Mrs. Woods (Scar’s mum) said. “I know I really miss her too.” I replied. I see a party bus park in front of the restaurant. I wonder how she is going to feel. First Jayce steps out and he looks older. Then wow Erica who has definitely looks older. Then, I see Scar. Wow I almost didn’t recognize her. “Boys hide!” Mrs. Wood shouted. We ran in hid.
Scar’s POV: I saw my Mum and I ran towards her! “Mum!” I screamed. “But, I thought you were working.” I said confused. “Nope I just wanted to surprise you.” She replied. “Any other surprises I just be aware of?” I asked her. “Umm well..” My mum began until she was interrupted by a familiar voice. “Surprise!” He shouted. I turned and saw 5 boys. Then I realized in almost one second. It was Zayn and the rest of One Direction. “Oh my god!” I screamed. I ran towards Zayn and saw his arms opened wide. “Zayn! Oh my god! I’ve miss you so much!” I started to cry while hugging him tight. “I’ve missed you to Scar!” He replied. I pulled away from our hug. I realized how mad/sad I was because I haven’t talked to him in 2 years. I looked up towards Zayn and asked, “Why is this the first time I’ve seen or heard from you in 2 years?”
