"Sebastian, follow her. That's an order." I heard Ceil say to Sebastian. Then Sebastian was by my side. "Hello, Lady Alexa. I'll be accompanying you for the time being" He said, "I hope you don't mind" He finished. I don't know why but I wasn't mad at this..I didn't mind. "I would spend all my time by your side.." I Said whispering to myself, before I realized what I just said I looked up at Sebastian to make sure he didn't hear. I don't think he did, which is good.
But why did I say that? I scolded myself.
•Sebastians' POV•
When I heard her say that I felt myself blush, but I don't think she noticed. Which was good.
"So, where are heading?" I asked, breaking the silence.
"I don't really know..I'm gonna see Grell though.." she said zoning out. "You Know Grell?" I questioned. She hesitantly nodded, "What's your relation with him?" I asked, I don't know why but I felt upset or maybe jealous..? No, I probably don't want to see Grell. That must be it. "I don't exactly know, he's like a father or brother figure I suppose.." She answered, with a little smile. It was blissful. "Don't you have a brother?" I asked, giving her another question, which she didn't mind so far. "Yes, But like I Said before..He wants nothing to do with me." She Said, Her small smile turning into a frown for a moment then it turned back into a smile.
"I suppose Grell Just makes me feel loved or wanted" "Ah, I See. So, like a pet?" I asked, she looked a bit confused then replied, "I guess that's a way of putting it", then she asked me a question. "Sebastian, Do You Have Any..family members?" She asked hesitantly, Looking At me. "No, not that I'm aware of" I replied. "Oh, sorry" she said softly chuckling nervously.
"It's fine" I Said patting her head, which made her look at me once more with curiosity in her eyes. Then gave me a closed eye smile, I returned the smile.
•Alexas' POV•
We've been walking for a few hours, "Would you like me to make dinner?" Sebastian asked stopping completely, I stopped and looked back at him.
"Demons don't eat human food, so what's the point?" I asked generally confused. He gave me a weird look, "what?" I pouted. Which made him laugh a bit. "Aren't you hungry?" He asked before putting his hand on my head, which for some reason I enjoyed. But I would never admit that. "No" I replied with a smile. He nodded, "then do you want to rest?" He asked me. "I suppose, it'll take us a day to get to where we're heading." I Said about to sit on the ground near a tree. Then Sebastian took the spot and placed me to sit on his lap.
"A lady mustn't get herself all dirty" he said as patted my head and pulled me closer to his chest while wrapping his other arm around my waist.
I would usually be uncomfortable if it was anyone else but for some reason I felt completely comfortable, I haven't felt like this since..It's been a long time. I chuckled slightly, leaning my head on his chest. "What's funny?" He asked placing his chin on my shoulder. "Nothing, Goodnight Sebastian" I Said closing my eyes, "Goodnight, Lexi" I heard Sebastian say before I fell asleep.
