Leena's POV
As I am preparing for my finals i was quite busy I didn't bother to be with my phone .
right now I have been searching for my phone but I can't find it
Why can't I keep my things properly??
Ohh it fell in between my bed and cot
I tried to switch it on then I got it ran out of battery aghhh
I charged my phone and tried to switch it on it literally have a convulsion with notifications
From my ma,paa even from Charles
What the hell happened??
I called to Charles if I call to my ma she will literally show me the way to hell
After a few rings he finally attended the call
"Hello Charles why are there so many messages why is everyone saying to comeback home right now"
I said after checking the messages from my ma and pa
"Ohh wait a minute yeah pack ur things I am gonna pick u up."
"Why I mean my exams are over literally yesterday and I can't pack everything within a day are u kidding me"
"U didn't read the very important part of those messages.....
Grandpa is coming today"
"What why ....... Why is he visiting us
Doesn't mom takes care of everything is he fine "
"He said he has something important to discuss with us."
" Can I just pack my clothes after that we will visit again to pack everything"
"Yeah did u even showered first take a bath we can discuss things on our way back"

"Yeah i am ready to go just drive fast I will wait for u at the entrance"
"Okk then I will be there in 10 to 15 mins bye"
With that I quickly packed my bags and went to take a bath or else I will be late
I can't bear Charles tantrums
I quickly picked a white top sleeveless and a grey denim jacket and grey Jeans I never wear makeup so I just combed my hair and ran towards the gate
Where I met Charles he loaded my luggage back in the trunk.
I took passenger seat beside him and strapped my seat belt and we started to our home
Uncertain of what waiting their for her ........

We reached our house after 4hrs of
Continuous road trip
My body is aching like I was running all along
I hate excercise and dieting so I eat if food is my type or I just starve my self
I does not have a perfect body shape but I am not fat for sure cause I am just above underweight so I am normal.
My ma and pa along with grandpa were talking and laughing along themselves I went near them and asked them for what they are laughing this much loud
As soon as my mom saw threw her arms around me and pulled me into a hug
I missed my mom so much I just started crying it's been so many years since I hugged my mom ,
Don't get me wrong I am just busy with my studies and my mom with the business and stuff.
Then my pa hugged me like am his precious thing.
After that I went to my grandpa and hugged him hard
He was warning me because I missed him so much I am literally keeping my entire weight on him

"U little thing " with that my grandpa grabbed my ear and pulling it
"Aaahh grandpa am sorry I missed you".
When I said that he is laughing like anything and pulled me into a hug
Charles was standing behind me after that he passed a look to ma and pa
I turned my head
"What's the matter ma??"
My mother made me sit beside her taking my hand into her hand
"U have to attend a board meeting Tomorrow"
"Okk but why are u giving me that 'i am gonna make u sad' look"
the least I know the name of our company and not more than that
"Whatever happens tomorrow u have nothing to say except yes and u are not gonna lash out their do get it so promise me u are gonna except every single quote or any announcement they're gonna put forward understood"
It made me feel scared
"Why I have to do it mom anyway I am not concerned with the company at all and I don't even know the basics of business management mom"
"And what's Charles gonna do mom if they propose something that was out of my hand "
"I want to become a doctor mom"
My mom reply vanished my every doubt
"No nothing like that gonna happen Charles gonna take his position as CEO after this meeting"
I sighed after being relieved
"Okk mom I promise"
With that a wide grin spread over my whole family faces I don't know what they're so happy for with that I ran to my room
I started placing my books and started rearranging my stuff I am gonna live here for a few months.
I am planning to take a break from my continuous years of exhaustion
While I was running through my stuff I saw a old picture of me and Ethan smiling at the camera and they seemed..... Happy
I just placed it were it belongs
I layed on my bed I am so dead tired and can't think anything properly

And drifted to sleep I woke up at 2am in morning and I missed my dinner
I dodged that thought and fell asleep again

I woke up by constant screaming of someone
"Charles ........ Just go away or else u are gonna die in my hands "
Charles started laughing as his pants are on fire
"What" I barked at him
That only increased his laughing making me frustrated
I got up from my bed
I looked at his face his mind knew what I meant by my look
He ran away immediately
After sometime I was dozing off while I was in the same sitting position
My mom came and reminded me that they will start in a he
Then siren rang in mind I started running to bathroom like a mad women
I dressed in a blue loose trousers and a plane shirt which I had it tucked in and wore a coat that was in a similar color tone
I don't do makeup thing but I am visiting my grandpa's and mom's company so I have to look like them at least I just used a lip balm
Put on white sneakers and ran out of my room where my mom dad and grandpa eating their breakfast
I sat with them and eating my breakfast as a starved person
After that we all left in our cars I was driving with Charles and rest of my parents were on other one .
We started driving off to our headquarters.
After we reached our headquarters Charles PA assisted our way to conference room where all the board members are present
As I was getting near to door my heart is beating crazy as if something is waiting for me and welcome me as the door opened we walked in
The moment I was inside I met with the eyes of someone who I knew.
Ethan,he was there right infront of me shock is evident on his face he is just looking right into my eyes making my heart skip
I turned my head so he can see the rejection by my actions
We walked past to others and took our seats as was so lucky he right opposite to me now I can't even avoid not seeing him.
Charles gave a smile to ethan and he returned it back
What's happening here he returned his smile .....
After that a few moments later a person walked into the centre and started saying some profits and other that I don't understood at all
After a hour that bla bla bla I was not paying attention to any of it but I can feel a gaze on me all the time
I know he is seeing me and I am not gonna return it just to increase his ego.
And then they announced that Charles gonna be the CEO of R&C group of companies.
I started clapping then all others followed and we have a very happy news to share
Charles started after a few moments Ethan's father joined him on the stage
"Our families are gonna become one Ethan and leena are gonna get engaged in 2 weeks "
My mind is not registering any of it I turned my face to see Ethan he was with the expression like what the heck before we even got to respond
"They are gonna exchange their rings now and traditionally in coming 2weeks"
My mom turned to me with a smile as well as my pa my grandpa could even dance right now
Their faces and their happiest faces and the promise I made to my mom
I am not crying cause they decided this point and If they think marrying Ethan is good for me I will do that
Ethan looked at me like what am I gonna do
I didn't cry like it's gonna do me a good thing
In turn I felt a little bit of happiness crept inside me
I love him even if he wasn't
I want to be with him
I stood up from my chair with that Ethan followed me.
All along the way he is looking at me or maybe pleading to stop or make a fuss so that he can escape from me
When we reached there Charles hugged me whispering
"I am so happy for u"
He knew it all the way when does he know all of this
Ethan took the ring into his hand forwarded his other hand I slipped my hand into his hand he slipped the ring into my fingers
He then put his hand forward I kept that ring into his finger
That's it if we did it in a church down a aisle we are married only one thing lacked is a kiss
Before I even expect anything ethan pulled me to him and pecked me on my lips.
That's it my mind functioning started shutting down
He held my hand as if he is promising me he never gonna leave it
