What Happened Last Year ~on hold~

Tommy finds out

I looked between Asher and the principal, who was obviously pissed. Looking down I could tell the principal was shaking his head. I couldn't help but make a retort. "What's wrong?" The principal looked at me directly. "We didn't do it." The croud that had gathered behind him burst out laughing. The principal was just confused. "Let me put it into easier terms. We didn't 'hook up'." I used finger quotations and he looked shocked. I snickered at his look and elbowed him out of the way.

   As i walk in, I immediately  hear an obnoxious voice next to my ear. "So, does the new guy bone well." Jess is right next to me. "Im surprised you dont already know that" i retort and she looks at me in disgust. "My daddy will-" i cut her off. "Will what? Expel me. Again." She nods thinking i just walked into my own trap. that would be a nice try. I think to myself.

  I smirk and walk off. "Hey. You dont walk away from me." I turn around as I hear her high heels click the walk. "Oh yeah, i forgot. No one walks away from the school's slutty bitch." Her mouth forms an o. Tommy walks over to us and puts a hand infront of both of us. "Ladys ladys take it easy would ya?" By now a croud has gathered.

   i clinch my fist and i feel the heat rush to my finger tips and everyone stares. I look down  and my hands are again blue. I really need to learn to control this thing. I thought.

Tommy looks at my hands and his eyes grow wide. I shove my hands in my pockets and feel my face flush. I walk to my locker, thankful that when I get there my hands are back to normal. As usual,Tommy is already there. He cant even speak to me, he is so stunned. "What was that? Carissa you have to tell me." I sigh, "i know i just didn't know where to start." I slam my locker door closed as we begin our treck to english. "Start at when you realized your hands turned blue." I smiled. "You know last year, how I didnt turn up for our annual meeting and you bugged me for months." He nodded waiting for me to go on. "Well, that was when it happened. And so you know Asher."

  "The new kid.." he grumbled. "Yeah, well I met hom there and-" he interrupted me, "Dont tell me youve been secretly dating the guy." I laugh and shake my head no.  "Well he was drunk and in a dark alleyway and... he tried to talk to me, to get my name and stuff." Tommy's face paled, but he let me continue. "He did it so fast I had to slap him after the matter." I say trying to make some fun of the situation. "Well, he gave me it and I dont know how or why.It's like a disease." Now Tommy looked green. "Tommy? Are you okay?" I wondered aloud. Finally we walked onto the classroom and sat down.
