Dream pov

I sigh as I walk up the hill to the tree of feeling or at least what's left of it. I walked up to grave of my girlfriend y/n, she had been killed by nightmare while trying to save me. I sat down on the soft grass while looking at y/n's grave sadly, she was killed because of me if I didn't get into a fight with nightmare she would still be here with me. I don't realize it but I start to cry gold color tears, before I know it I'm sobbing while grabbing the fabric of y/n's sweater. It was her favorite sweater and she would always wear it, i look up at y/n's grave and i touch it with my hand. " I-i miss you so m-much sunshine" i say sadly while taking my hand of her grave, " i promise I'll see you soon" i smile at the grave and get up off of the ground. When I start to walk away i could of sworn I heard y/n' voice say " I love you dreamy" but I ignore it and continue to walk away.

While I'm walking home it started to rain, i started to walk faster. I was at a cross walk and i press the button to the cross walk pole( authors note: sorry I don't know what there called) once the screen said I could walk i started to walk to the other side. While I'm walking i feel a intense pain in my ribs before I can react everything goes black.

Your pov

I just watched as dream had been hit by a car, i was crying next to his body while people were calling the hospital and police. I knew it had to happen eventually but not so soon, i look down at his beaten form and sigh sadly knowing that he's going to die, i look up to see ink and blue talking with the police while paramedics pick up dream and put him in the ambulance. I follow them in and sit down besides dream, i notice that his soul is slowly cracking. I watch knowing that I can't do anything about it, his soul cracks and i see his spirit being lifted out of his body. He looks around frantically but stops when he sees me, "y-y/n?" He asks " hey dreamy i knew I would see you but not this soon" i say while smiling slightly. " I-i thought I wouldn't see you again" he says and runs up to me and hugs me. I hug him back and look at him to she his cute face that I had fallen in love with, " a-am i dead" he asks while looking up at me. I sigh and awnser him by nodding. " I-i didn't get to say goodbye to ink, blue and nightmare" he says, " don't worry dream you'll see them again". I grab his hand and lead him to the portal between the living realm and the dead realm. " This is the portal" i say but when I look back at dream he seems a little hesitant, " dreamy what's wrong?" I say while looking back at him. " I-im just n-nervous" he says looking at me, i sigh and grab both his hands and put them into mine. "Its ok to be scared dream i was scared my first time to there's nothing wrong with being scared" i say while smiling at him. 

He holds onto my hand while I lead him through the portal, me knowing that I would never lose him again.
