I woke up to my brothers screaming in my ears. “What the hell?!?!” I groaned hiding my face, “How did you guys get in here?” I looked up at them frowning while all of them had these huge smiles on their faces, “You gave us an extra key smart one.” Nick chuckled hitting me slightly with a pillow.
“Well thank you for the delightful wake up… now go away.” I frowned looking at them and they just laughed, “I think someone forgot it was their birthday today. I smiled a little, “Oh I remember. I was just hoping to sleep for a little while longer.” Then I was being picked up by Kevin and Joe as Nick led us downstairs to the kitchen with me screaming to put me down, “My neighbor’s are gonna think I’m getting murdered.” They laughed and then I heard a loud surprise. I looked up smiling widely seeing my family, some friends, and of course Justin and his mom came too.
I glared at my brothers, “I’m gonna smack you guys.” They all laughed and then I felt Justin wrap his arms around me. I looked up at him smiling, “Hi handsome.” He chuckled kissing my cheek, “Happy birthday beautiful.” I smiled at him, “I look like a mess right now. I didn’t know people would be here.” He chuckled slightly smiling at me before whispering, “That’s the point of surprise.”
He smiled and I laughed gently hitting his chest before hugging my parents and Justin’s mom, then going upstairs so I could change. I had still been wearing pajamas, my glasses, and my hair was in a messy bun. When I came back down in jeans and a cute jacket everyone was talking and getting food. I somehow found my way back to Justin and just held his hand as he talked with my parents. The good thing was that they got along.
After a while people left to go do something and Justin said he had plans for the afternoon before going to dinner at my parent’s place. As soon as everyone was gone Justin smiled at me, “Were you surprised?” I giggled slightly.
“Of course I was surprised… I woke up to my brothers screaming in my ear!” He laughed and gently kissed me, “I’m sorry baby. They weren’t supposed to wake you up that way.” I giggled, “Hun… they’re my brothers. That’s the only way they wake me up.”
He chuckled and smiled at me just looking at me. I blushed slightly and covered my face, “Stop looking at me.” He laughed, “But I love looking at your gorgeous face.” That caused me to blush even more.
“Justin stop! You’re doing this on purpose,” I laughed smiling and uncovering my face. He just smiled and held me close, “Alright well let’s go. I’ve got plans for you.” He just had a huge cheesy smile on his face and I laughed hiding my face in his chest, “You’re a dork but okay. Let’s go.”
I smiled following him to his car. There were people waiting outside the gates of my house knowing Justin was here because there is no way to mistake his car. I laughed slightly looking at his car, “You’re a little kid in a very sexy body.” He just burst out laughing and people started yelling at us to smile and there were a few happy birthday’s. I just smiled at them and then got right into his car.
As Justin got into his side of the car I heard something that brought my mind back to the strange phone call I got before. “Hey Justin, keep an eye on your girl. She’s getting threats.” My head snapped over to the voice and I held my breath. Justin shook his head closing the door and starting to drive.
He turned to me, “Are you okay?” I nodded smiling, “yea I’m fine. Just… weird comments.” He held my hand as we drove to where ever this surprise was. I bit my lip looking around at the surrounding and smiled a little. He was taking me to where we had our first date.
He turned to me with a smile on his face, “I’m going to make sure you have a good birthday okay?” I laughed a little and nodded, “Okay. I love you.” Justin smiled squeezing my hand gently, “I love you too.” My smile widely as he finally parked. We were at the beach and there was this little mountain that had a view of an open area of the beach and then the ocean. He smiled then opened the door for me as we started walking to the area. I smiled looking up at him, “This was our firsts date.” He chuckled smiling as he nodded.
“I told you I’d make today special.” I giggled and kissed his cheek running over to look at the water. I absolutely loved the beach. It was always so peaceful and calm. Justin wrapped his arms around me, “So what are you planning on doing for Christmas?” I looked at him with a smile on my face. There was about a week left until Christmas and I wanted to be with my family and also with Justin’s family but it would be close to impossible to bring both families together.
“I seriously wanna be with both of our families… How about, Christmas eve with my family and then we fly to Canada for Christmas day with your family.” He smiled at me and nuzzled his face in my neck, “That sounds perfect.” When he started to slightly kiss my neck, I started to laugh since I got extremely ticklish a lot.
“Justin…” I laughed and he chuckled picking me up and spinning. “Justin! You’re crazy!!” I couldn’t stop laughing and he just laughed sitting down with me on his lap. I leaned my head back just relaxing and enjoying the moment. We rarely had these moments and I loved when we did. Usually we were constantly surrounded by people and constantly under someone’s watch so whenever we could, it was nice to just get away.
