I woke up, 4:00 was the time. Wow... It's so hard to sleep on a new house, but I wasn't like this yesterday. I felt completely comfortable yesterday, Oh right, because of a new and not so long friend... Shuyang. Well, I need to get up now, since I am woken up. I sat up on my bed looking at the alarm clock blankly.

I sat at the study table and looked at the window in front me. I was mean to someone I just met, and someone who was willing to be my first friend here in china. After some thoughts, I stood up and do my morning routine... I looked at the time and it was 6:00.

I again sat at my study table and looked at the window. I saw Shuyang... I guess he was about to say 'Hi' when I stood up and turned back. I could see that he just woke up... his messy hair, puffy face, pinkish eyes... what? he just woke up and he still looks handsome?

Anyways, I prepared myself and went to school. I sooner arrived and bumped into a girl. Okay Y/n, this is your chance to have a new friend, no more social awkward thing! "Oh gosh, I'm sorry!" I said. "Its okay! What's your name?" she said. "Han Y/n... you?" I asked. "Li Feihong, call me Fei for short." She answered.

"Awww, cute name!" I said, "Yours too!" she responded. "New here, huh?" She said. "Yeap! just transferred yesterday." I said. "really? well then how did you make it to your class?" she asked. "Well a friend helped me" I said. "Who??" she asked. "Uhm, I don't know if you know him, but his name is 'Ren Shuyang'. Know him?" I asked.

"What do you mean "Know him"?!? Everyone's dying to be close to him! He's part of a school group named 'boystory'. You're so lucky that you got close with him on your first day" she said. "Oh really?" I said. "Yes really!" she answered. We got a little long talk and went to our classes.

I also found out that Shuyang is part of a group. And Fei's cousin, Li Zihao is one of them too. A few weeks passed and I've been avoiding Shuyang. When ever I sit on my desk, there's a note saying 'are you avoiding me? -Shuyang'. Also when I'm on my room, he flashes a light on my window.

I've also gotten close to Fei and other more two girls. Their names are Kang Sarang, a Korean. Chen Limei, a Chinese. their nicknames are Sara and Mei. One day we were at lunch and talking about the food that was served. "Seriously? Why do people serve this here?" Sarah said. "Sarah, get used to it!" Mei said and we all laughed until Shuyang approached us.

"Okay, Y/n. I cant take this anymore! Why are being so cold to me? Are you avoiding me? Tell me, What did I do wrong?" he said, I could see an angry expression on his face. I signaled the girls that I'll leave for awhile and they nodded. I went outside signaling Shuyang to follow me. We went outside, we sat on a bench near a tree.

"Tell me the reason, NOW. Do you know how hurt I was getting ignored by someone who I consider as a friend?" He said. "Its just-" I stopped myself... "Its just what?" he asked. "Its- It's non of your business" I said as I turned back and ran away from him. I left with tears because of guilt... The real reason why I don't wanna get close with him was because... I don't want to get attached... Like what happened before...

I had a crush with this boy called Kurt... I got so attached with him, we hang out almost everyday. We're so close to each other that we know each other better than ourselves. "So you befriended me just to ask Laila out?!? What the heck Kurt?!? What Kind of person do that!" I said, Actually what I said was a lie... I just made it up to have a reason to accept my pain... I ran as soon as I said that... After the following days... He ignored me... and after a year... they confessed to each other...

They decided to not date yet as they're still you and when they're 13 they'd date...

That's why right now, every time I look up on my social medias, I always see their dates.... And here I am still hurt... That's why I don't want to cling with Shuyang, I might get to attached and like him... and next thing you know, he'd ignore me like what Kurt did...
