I just crashed into him! (A Niall Horan fanfic)

Chapter 7

~Maya's POV~

"Okay, want to play 21 questions?" Niall asks popping a cracker in his mouth.

"Whats that?" I say.      [in the next conversation italic is Maya, and normal is Niall (: ]

"Well, we basically just ask eachother questions!"

"Okay, hmm, favorite animal?"

"Giraffe! Uh, siblings?"

"Seven, favorite colours?"

"Green and blue. Same question."

"Pastel purple and mint green."

Before I know it we have gotten through way past 21 questions. I smile  at him when we finally have no more questions.

"Thanks for this Niall, it was really nice." I say.

"Don't thank me, I think I had more fun than you!" he says grinning, and I get butterflies. He really can kill with one look. He gives me a small smile, and I swear hes leaning in. Oh my God hes leaning in. What do I do, what do I do. I lean in slowly, then he moves away.

"We better go." he says getting up.

Heart broken.

The whole car ride I keep quiet. Was he actually leaning in? God I'm so stupid for thinking he actually likes me. He can have anyone, and he took me on a date. It was probably a pity date. I sigh softly so he cant hear me.

I just want to get home.

"Thanks Niall." I say softly as I get out of the car. He smiles and opens the door. I walk inside and go straight for my room. Little do I know I was being followed.

"What do you want?" I ask as Liam walks into my room.

"Whats wrong? What happened?" he says sitting next to me on my bed.

"It was a pity date wasnt it? He doesnt like me." I say softly.

"Yes he d-" he says before I cut in again.

"I mean, I'm dumb arent I. He can have anyone, anything, why would he chose me? I even leant in for a kiss! Im so dumb. This is my problem. I fall in love at first sight. Liam help me." I plead. He just laughs softly.

"Maya, he does like you. He's the same. Love at first sight for both of you I guess. He was too scared you didnt feel the same way. I have to warn you though, he is in a serious relationship with food." Liam says comforting me. I giggle.

"Are you serious, he actually likes me?" I say turning to him.

"Yup!" he says popping the "P". He gets up and leaves, giving me time to think.

~Nialls POV~

I almost kissed her! God Niall, get a hold of yourself. I sit in my room thinking about her. The way she blushes easily, her teeth when she smiles, the way she lightly flings her hair off her shoulder, everything.

Shes in the room next to me. I cant hear her, but I wonder what shes thinking. I have to see her. I have to tell her how I feel. But, can I actually do it?

Well, its now or never.

~Mayas POV~

I hear someone else walk into my room, I look up to see Niall. My heart skips a beat. Stop! Liam might be lying!

"Uh, haha its funny, I forgot to give you something, y'know before we left..." Niall says rubbing the back of his head.

"Really?" I ask smiling. What did he do now.

"Come over here." he says, and I get up off my bed and stand infront of him.

"I forgot to give you this." he says, and before I can say anything, he leans down and kisses me softly.
