Chapter 5 The yule ball preparations.

Hi I hope you all had a great weekend, I have a lot of assesment and submissions right now in school because of the end of this term so i might not write as much but I am going to try my best. Stay safe and enjoy:)

The yule ball, every girls dream of bringing the pearfect guy as there date.

All Gryffindors from 4th year and up was in the great hall when mcgonigall said something about a ball. "The yule ball has been a tradition of the triwizard tornument. On cristmas eve night we and our guests gather in the great hall for a night of a well manadge. The yule ball is first and formal a dance" McGongall said and all the girls started loking at each other exitingly. I diddent i was busy laughing with Fred and George. "Silence the house of Godric Gryffindor has comanded the respect of the wizarding world for nearly 10 centrus i wil not have you of a singel eving while behaving lika a babaling dumpollying bang of boons. She said. I looked over at FRed and George. It looked like George said. "Say that five times faster" And ofcouse Fred did.

After the "metting" with all the gryffindors Fred said on the way out. "I dont know if i will come."

"You haaave to come." i said "Its a tradition its going to be so much fun i have read about this ball before you are going to regrat it if you do not come." i said and looked up at Fred and then at george and gav him a look to back me up.

George knew that face and looked at me and nooded and then at Fred. "You know Fred as long as you do not come alone you have to" I looked at him annoyd. Why did he say as long as he did not come alone. "Having a date or not you are coming." I said and started to walk faster not to come late to my lesson. "Think about what molly would say if you diddent go." I say and ran of to my lesson.

Freds POV:

I wanted to go to the ball, not alone and nither with any randome girl. I wanted to go with Y/n, the only problem is that i get nervous around her when talking about this stuff. I was a really flirty guy with any guy but Y/n, sure there was sometimes i just went all out but that happens around once a year, but this time i knew i was going to ask her to the ball before any one else, but its Y/n she probebly alrady has a date all the guys at hogwarts liked her so i will just ask someone else.

Time skip 8 dacember up in Y/n and hermiones dorm.

"Y/n who are you taking to the ball?" Hermione asked.

"I dont know nevill asked me but hes too young, some raveclaw and some others, Why"

"Just wondering..." hermione said and got back to her book. I went up and took and took her book and said "Spit it out."

"Well... " Hermione said. "I know two pepole who wants to ask you" She said. "WHO?" I nearly screamd at her"

"Fredandcedric" She said fast. "Come again" I said. She took a breath and said.

"Fred ans Cedric" Hermione said.

"CEDRIC?! I do not like him like that"

"Tell him that.."

Time skip to snapes study hall

Snapes study hall, again! I hate this study hall becuase 1 its snape and 2 its with the slytherins maybe its not fair to hate all slytherins just becuase some are bad but i diddent have the affort to befriend any of them.

You sat next to hermione and infront of Fred. You saw fred passing a note to Ron, you diddent really se what it said but something about the ball i guess. Then you heard ron say

"Who are you going with then" Ron said. I looked down in my paper and keppt working even if you where done. Fred croungeld up a paper and hit Angelina Johnsson with it. She turend around and gave him a questinabel face. Hid did some werid dancing move and said "Do you want to go to the ball with me" She nodded. I feelt my heart go in a million pieses, there is one thing that he asked her to the ball but that he did it infront of me. George looked discussed to be raleted to Fred. Hermione looked at me i stod up and went up to snapes desk to handed in the paper. I storemd out of the great hall and went to the right and ran into a boy. It was cedric.

"Hey hey what happend." He said

"Its nothing" I said and lied.

"Well... i wanted to ask you something" he said.

"Sure ced whats up."

"Do you maybe want to go to the ball with me" He said. I looked behind me to se George looking verry mad at Fred. I looked back at Cedric and meet his light grey eyes and said "Sure why not ist going to be fun" "well okey i will se you around bye."

George POV still at snapes study hall

Wait is he going to ask Y/n to the ball, he better. He crungeld up a paper and made it to a ball and throw it, not at Y/n tho at Angelina?! he never even mantiond her he taught. He made some weird moves that resambeld do you want to go to the ball with me, Is my brother stupid asking another girl to the ball right infront of hes crush. I looked at Y/n who was now running away from the great hall which i understud she must have been heart broken. He knew how much she liked him and Fred liked her to, how can he be such a git.

I turend around to Fred and gave him a mad quationabel face and he winked at him. "What teh hell was that that" I wispeid to him.

"At least i have a date" he said.

"At least i do not ask another girl out infornt of my crush" I said a littel loarder. I said I went up even tho is was not done and walked out of the Great hall. My brother is a fucking idiot.

"Weasley where are you going" Snape said I turend around and evreyone was looking at me. "emergency" I said "Detantion" Sanpe said . "Fine" I said and walked to the commenroom to find Y/N .

Y/n POV

I sat down at the sofa by the fire and read a book. I was still a littel sad about Fred but I just needed to forget him, he likes Angelina and i couldent blame him. She was good at qudditch, smart and not that ugly, what was I compaird to her i suddenly the portait hole oppen i stod up just incase it was Fred ot Angelina walking in snobbin but it wasent it was George. I just stood thetre holing my book as close to myself as i could like it was my baby, kind of Hermione. He walked up to me amd huged me.

"I have a stupid brother you know." He said and looked at me.

"I know you do." i said

"He is really a bloddy idoit not asking you its so clear he lekes you-" George said but he was interupted by you talking.

"He dosent like me but your right about that fist, I am going with sombody else anyways." I said with confient but crying insaide.

"You are?! Who?!" he said .

"Dont sound so shocked, but i am going with Cedric."

"Ohh that will for chore make him jealus." He said.

"I laughed a littel and then said goodbye to George.
